Carley helped us in Florence, SC, and she was very helpful during the pickup and return process.
We had an issue with a tire, and I called the Florence office, and no one ever answered.
We received help thru Josh in Lubbock, TX. Great customer service all the way around.

The W Palmetto Street Enterprise is AMAZING! I have been renting cars for work since February from this location, and I have always had great service from them! Jordan, the general manager, does an excellent job managing and training her employees! 5 stars all the way for this team!

Customer service representative was excellent.....I was feeling sad and discouraged because I book a large suv and they didn't have one when I arrived they try to offered me a mini van but that's not my type I wanted to ride in for my birthday, but they quickly adjusted my rate and gave me another small but bigger suv and that was the highlight if my weekend

Rent a car here to go to Atlanta for business. The workers were professional and nice. I was given free upgrade of dodge challenger. Recommended to rent it here. The rental process is easy and the return also flawless.

Excellent, from the time I walked in the door until the time I dropped the truck off at their after hours option. No problems, and updating my rental extension on line took less than a minute.
It was smooth from start to finish. Enterprise will be my first and only choice in the future with out a doubt. Special thanks to the local branch on West Palmetto St in Florence SC. They made it a fast annd friendly experience.

My experience at enterprise was very good. I had to go there due to unexpected accident and had to be put in a rental car for a week. I was really pressured on time due to having a birthday party that night I needed to get set up in the car as fast as I could. The entire process took about five minutes. I was amazed, and so thankful on how fast, professional, and easy they made this process. I had Johnny help me at the front desk to get me set up in a car then I had Brianna help me find the car and check it out to make sure there was no damages. They did an amazing job and I really love how they were able to hand me their cards just so I can write this review, and make sure that their names are recognized there.

I really enjoy my rentals from Enterprise! My vehicles are always clean and the agents are always very nice to me.

The staff is always courteous. I have never had a problem with any vehicle that I have rented. The cost is appropriate for what I need. I appreciate the easy of a reservation online and then showing up at the store with a quick rental. This is very convenient in a busy day!

I was pleased with the SUV I was given while my SUV was being repaired. I was picked up quickly at the repair shop. All the employees were very kind and kept me apprised of my insurance coverage and when it would run out. The return was easy and the SUV was picked up at the repair shop. My calls were never put on a long hold and all concerns were quickly sorted. I would recommend this Enterprise branch.

Cara, Johnny, and this other young lady were absolutely phenomenal this Sunday! I was in an accident on the way to Florence. It definitely was not the most ideal reason to be picking up a rental but these three made it better! They are all extremely helpful. They make sure everyone is served as quickly as they can with reasonable expectations for wait time. Sundays are the busiest day for them with that small window for pick up and drop offs (and clearly not having enough staff to handle the load of people to help) but they handled it with exceptional professionalism! Thank you guys!

Always a great a experience renting from the Palmetto st location. The check in process is quick and I'm always out the door within 5-7 minutes.

Johnny James helped me a with a great deal on weekly rate. Very fast working g people and only location that's open of the sundays. Would. Highly recommend to anyone needing rentals. You won't go wrong with this location.

Our rental had an issue with the key fob so we swung by this location to get a quick battery replacement. The staff were super helpful even though they were experiencing a power outage at the time and it was Christmas Eve! Thank you to the team for helping us make it to our Christmas location on time.
