I have been coming here since I got a loan for a car when I was 17 in the last eight years I've never had a bad experience that's why I have kept this bank even after my loan was up they have great costumer service I feel like family when I walk in

the WORST customer service phone support I've ever seen! Refusing to take payments over the phone is absolutely baffling.

Been with this bank for about 7 years. This branch in particular makes its own rules and policies. Every branch I've been to has been friendly and helpful unlike the folks that work here. I will say there is one younger woman there who is very helpful but that's about it. I will be driving an extra 15 minutes out of my way just to avoid this branch in particular.

Very unprofessional Especially the white women over there. They act very very uncivilized . rude rud n racist to the core. Anytime you go there, there is a drama. Smh!
