Every time we come here to eat, the food is always fresh and super hot!! We absolutely love eating here!!! We have never had an issue with our food being messed up or anything.

Really good place for lunch or dinner, best Chinese food in town by far. Highly recommend, quick friendly service I highly recommend the dumplings and black pepper chicken.

Without a doubt the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to. Everything I've had has been incredible, we'll worth whatever line they have for food!
They deserve all respect there is to give!

They let you substitute tofu in place of meat in any of their combos. Curry tofu is my favorite but if you don't like tofu then you should try curry chicken. Also their egg rolls and chicken teriyaki sticks are delicious. The owner is always friendly.

I absolutely love this place, they basically know me an my mom cause we order there alot. An when I ask for no onions they automatically know it's me over the phone. Their friendly an their service is fast an not encountered no mishaps. I ordered today 5-29-2020 for lunch.

Went there for dinner. The food was excellent. From out of town I will definitely go back when I'm in Shepardsville.

House fried rice and egg rolls were excellent!!!

We were in town for 1 night, on our way through to Florida. We got in to town around 9:30 pm and had not had dinner yet. We were just thinking we might have to be happy with some chips out of the vending machine, when I found China 8 on line. They were open until 10:30 pm and pick up was so easy! We had the Szechuan beef and it was excellent (they even made it a bit more spicy upon our request.) If we get back this way, we will definitely order from them again!

Honestly this place has had solid food for years. I stared eating there probably sometime in 2015/2017. It's my favorite restaurant of this style and I've brought many people there for the first time and they say the same thing after they eat. It's the best

General Tso chicken made the way it ought to be made. The food was very good.

The place itself was small inside with limited seating. But staff was friendly and food was prepared quickly.

If I could rate it on a scale of ten I would give it a ten. Awesome service! The place is really clean and there's plenty of space to sit in the restaurant despite how small it looks. The food comes out piping hot and within 10-12 minutes of ordering. The only downside I could possibly have is the high price, but you get almost double the order size compared to other restaurants in Shepherdsville AND Louisville. I'm talking huge portions.

Best crab Rangoon, fried rice, and moo goo gai pan I’ve had in years! The fried chicken entree delish too!

This was my first visit here. I had a good experience. There is just a small wait on the food, which is cooked to order, so it was out pretty fast. I ordered a small and even then it is a good amount of food I recieved. The inside was very clean, after someone left their table, the gentleman came out and cleaned the table and swept the floor. I will be going back here again.

Don't let the other customers scare you off- China 8 is always packed but the short wait is worth it.
Generally everything is good but the Crab Rangoons and Hot and Sour Soup are fantastic.

Super friendly staff, unlike most places these days, these employees hopped up to assist the register while another lady was taking an order over the phone. Smiling faces, and humor from the employees. I didn't know the name 9f the dish I wanted, it I explained and they understood. Without making me feel like I was wasting time or stupid. I'll definitely be back again. 👍👍👍👍👍

Always Great Food, never have been disappointed, family owned and ran, great people. I tell all my friends this is the place from Chinese food, only bad thing is seating and entry door. They are so busy on cold days you freeze because of the numerous people walking in and out.
