Absolutely outstanding. I thought I'd neglected my back injury too long and it'd never get better. I can't believe how much less pain I'm in and how much more I can move and do. They've got some super smart therapists who know exactly how to diagnose and get you fixed. Brenden, Angie and everyone were super friendly, super caring, and super good. Together they make a really welcoming, fun, and effective place to help you get better.

They're really something special. They'll insist they're not and that "it's you who do all the hard work" but they are. Couldn't recommend more.

My experiences have been the best yet and I love working with Alison N. At first I was nervous, but Alison helped me feel more comfortable about the service I would be receiving. She knows how to approach every need with such care and she's very positive! Thank you Alison for being a great Provider!

Outstanding all the way. If you need to rehabilitate your body after a poor surgery, this is your place. Staff such as Ms. Allison truly care about you and will get you back up and going better then ever. Need to rehabilitate your body, don’t hesitate to go to a place that is caring as Select Physical Therapy.

I had great results with the help of Brandon and his staff at the West Columbia location. I suffered two separate neck injuries that required surgery and PT each time, and I chose Select Physical Therapy both times. I hope for no further injuries, but I definitely know who I would choose as my therapist.

The entire staff of Select Physical Therapy is absolutely outstanding! No question about it they know what they're doing and they want to make sure that the patient is taken care of in every aspect. Whether it's training you on your exercises at home, working with you individually in the office or as a group, they are 100% on it all the time. Brendan, Stacy and Angie are all absolutely outstanding and I could not recommend them any higher!

There great. I was badly hurt and haven't been able use my right arm due to a bad shoulder injury. They have been very good at being careful. Professional. Caring patient with me I'm glad there my care team.

I sustained a fall at my place of employment that exacerbated a chronic syndrome I didn't know I had. Undoubtedly, it was caused by the physically demanding stock work associated with my job over the past 3 years. Even though a report was taken, the employer failed to call it in to their agency. In the interim, I put in my notice. They failed to follow up, undoubtedly hoping it would fall through the cracks. After three weeks, I realized that I was injured. When I brought this to the attention of the manager who took the report, he said it was out of their hands. I went to HR. The next day I got a call from their workman's comp agency. I finally got an assessment one month after the incident. I immediately received tests and physical therapy. I was sent to an orthopedic. I engaged an attorney. The PT was very helpful albeit not the ideal provider. In August, I received my last PT session before I saw my orthopedic. Nearly two months passed before I was approved for the therapy my orthopedic ordered on August 17th. Luckily, with the help of my attorney, I got scheduled with Select. I am beyond happy with the service I'm getting through this practice. They provide an at-home program which helps with motivation as well as outstanding one-on-one attention at their facility including deep tissue therapy. I heartily recommend Select Physical Therapy as your provider of choice. And, yes. You have a choice.

After my jaw started clicking and causing pain when chewing and speaking, I was referred to Brenden. This dude is great! The exercises and manual therapy have been the only thing to help my constant jaw, neck, and trap pain. I've had PT for my neck multiple times, but it never helped until now. This is the best my neck/traps have felt in years, and I cannot speak highly enough of this office. The neck stretches are now part of my morning routine and I'll never go back.

I am a patient at Select Physical Therapy and I absolutely love it! Sara has been great working around my school/work schedule planning future visits. She is a very welcoming person every time walking into the clinic! Brenden is an incredible PT, who is professional, personable, and very intelligent in the way he works on patients. He has excellent manual skills, who individualizes care making every patient feel confident in getting back to healthy function!

Best therapist I have had and I've had many throughout the past 5 years fiolliowing a devastating stroke. Brendan is very caring and dedicated to help me. He is absolutely the best who focuses on me, my form and doing things right.. He was recommended by my doctor at SE Spine Institute over 100 miles from me. Therefore, I knew Brendan must be good!
Thank God. Sara, receptionist is excellent with her professionalism and interaction with all. The office is esthetically pleasing, clean and calming. Park with ease under this secured building for entry with environment protection. What a wonderful location for patients. They are very impressive.

I absolutely love working with the crew at select Therapy. They are so nice and so professional but down to earth. When I first went there, Paul pulled out a book and walked me through what was going on with my body . I’m so glad I was introduced to this company; they are helping me the whole way through my recovery. Best therapy company ever.

Select has the best group of therapists around! Brenden is the most thorough and knowledgeable therapist I’ve ever worked with. And the staff is always super polite and kind!! The best!!

It’s incredibly rare that you find exceptional physical therapist in our town. I have sought out PT in the past but none who is as attention-to-detail and passionate about what they do, above all, customer service is exceptional. You’d think they’ve known you for years. Moreover, the entire staff at Select Physical Therapy demonstrates these values that reflects the image of the company. Shout out to Dr. Brennan, Amanda, TJ and thank you Sarah for keeping me on track with your organizational skills. By the way, you can’t cheat, they have 👀 in the back of their heads. Lol.

Brenden is very good at what he does. He makes sure you understand everything about your case and why you are doing certain activities and what are the benefits from doing them. I really appreciate that.

The PT is hard to do right now but it is what I need. They are caring and helpful to.
