I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received from Lorenzo Brown! I'd had a terrible experience with an online company, and needed living room furniture ASAP. I told him what I needed, and he showed me around. He was helpful, but not pushy. And when I found what I liked, he delivered - literally! That day!! We will be back for anything we need in the future. Thank you so much for renewing my faith in customer service!

From the moment we walked through the doors to the end of our transactions, the sales manager Lorenzo was very friendly & very knowledgeable about all of the products in his store. Any questions that we had, were answered with ease. If there was something that we inquired about, he made it his business to look it up on the kiosk to see if it was available or able to get it. He made us aware about the different payment options that were available. The furniture is reasonably priced for any income. In all, Our first visit was an enjoyable one! He certainly has returning customers!!!

Lorenzo sale manager did his thing today with getting me set on my chair set that I was looking for over an year please stop by and pay him a visit and please ask for him

This was my second time visiting this store. The first time in 1995. The sectional I bought was very good quality furniture. This year 2022's visit was very pleasant. The sales manager Lorenzo Brown was very helpful. I had several options of paying. I was that customer that comes in right at closing and he was still very patient. For anyone curious about shopping here, no worries. It's a great place to shop and also check out the budget room upstairs. Five stars all around.

Parrot has amazing prices and phenomenal quality furniture. Lorenzo who is the sales associate is very knowledgeable about the products he sells and passionate about seeing that the customer is overly satisfied. I can't forget Cassandra who is also phenomenal at what she does. I swear she can get anyone approved! Lorenzo and Cassandra are a amazing team. This is my second time doing business with them. Lorenzo Brown was an excellent help today. He helped me furnish my WHOLE apartment for way cheaper than the 3 other places I've went to ! There is alot of stuff to choose from. He has made me feel 100x's better with moving into my 1st apartment. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. ASK FOR LORENZO !

I went to Parrott's today to get a bedroom set. Lorenzo was WONDERFUL! I described what I was looking for, and he did a great job leading me in the right direction. He was attentive to my questions and very patient with me. Most sales people overwhelm you with their over friendliness, but Lorenzo's personality was very authentic and personable. The price on my bedroom set was also unbelievable. I will be going there from now on for my furniture. If you're buying furniture, you should really check it out.. and in my opinion, Lorenzo is the man to ask for!

If you're looking to buy furniture from Parrott's, go see Lorenzo. He greeted us when we walked in. Let us take our time. He was there when we needed him. He helped us find what we specifically needed. Provided us with water. Helped us decide on a mattress that meet our needs with only making us try out two mattresses. Pretty impressive. We didn't leave as customers; we left as friends! Great man!!
He has called and checked in on us and made sure we loved our new furniture!!!

Friendly faces greeted me walking in. Sales woman named Khadijah helped me pick out great pieces and after telling her my maximum budget she was able to work things out so that I got all I wanted and stayed within my budget. Will definitely be shopping here again!!!
