Excellent Area for shopping 🛍 or Dining 🍽

Great new retail and restaurant area near TJ's and Lowe's Foods. Bad Daddy's is an anchor and is a great burger joint with excellent salads. Some might consider this a mini-main street for Forest Acres! Not a lot of tenants yet. So far I believe we have Bad Daddy's, Nothing Bunt Cakes, and a Pilates place. It is right in front/part of the construction of some higher-end apartments. The Beach company is the developer. This is a good thing considering their other projects around the midlands and Charleston (and others that I'm not aware of, I'm sure).

The developers of this shopping mall and the City of Forest Acres seem to have little idea of what they're doing, situating this sizable and hard to access shopping mall and apartment complex in a half a mile area with numerous other shopping options and open-air malls. Rarely see anyone in or around it.

What could've been green space in Forest Acres (a town severely lacking in public green space) is instead a rarely used shopping mall that seems on track to becoming much more similar to Sandhills than it does Trenholm Plaza. The city of Forest Acres really messed up with this one
