Kroger

I recently visited the Kroger on Forest Dr, and I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I was looking for a specific item, but I wasn't sure where to find it. I asked an employee for help, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly found the item for me, and another employee even helped me price check an item to make sure I was getting the best deal.

We usually go here, convenient and usually a good experience. Until tonight, had the best experience. Crystal made this normal grocery store experience into a joy. She has such a light and is so kind and fast. So grateful to have had such a pleasant experience!

I was bewitched by Serena and how sweet she was. Thank you for making the day better with a fresh and freshly cake for 30 people.

Always clean, but recently the customer service is finally coming around.. this store 20 plus years I've gotten groceries here, service was not in the picture some times... I'm not going to speak on it. But now may not always get the hellos and can I help you, but employees now are clean, uniform and working with each other. Not shirt hanging to the knees, smell like cigs ,Mary Jane and booze in your face at the register... Hoping that the cashier doesn't quick change you.. I had one literally ask me if I wanted my change ,!!! They gonna make a killing if they ask everyone that

Got most of what I wanted at good prices

Kroger generally has a good veggie and fruit section with friendly staff. I don't usually wait long to check out, but I almost always do self check out. The pharmacy is convenient and friendly

I can usually find what I need if Food Lion doesn't have it. The prices are reasonable.

Checked out with Kale and Gregory and it was incredibly fast. They were professional and efficient and even though Kale was running groceries faster than I could unload, Gregory managed to sort as if he’d been in my kitchen and knew how I had it organized. Nice work guys! Thanks!

This was the first time I have ever been up the hill to this Kroger and was very surprised by how nice it was inside! It is an old store to be sure, but it really well done and could use some more organic selections. I got some great deals to be sure. It could also use with a better beer selection. This could be their niche, but they are passing it by. I will be coming back when I am over this way.

This 24 hour mainstay grocery store was recently levelled up with more space, great access, and terrific team members available to offer assistance throughout those 24 hours. On a recent visit in the wee hours of the morning, the gentleman who was managing the handy self checkout area was even prepping each checkout station for the next customers by making sure the bags in each bagging section were opened up to make customer bagging just that much more convenient. Talk about pride in your work! I noticed the extra effort and was met with a big smile by the gentleman. I am a regular at this Kroger for several reasons, but their great people are the first reason on my list.

my favorite grocery store especially the self check out that is always open with a great customer assistant there. Produce is always the best. Store restrooms are clean just a beautiful shopping experience.

I did not know the Pharmacy closed at 8PM. However, when I came in the door, a very nice Kroger associate spoke and smiled at me. She was so pleasant!

Very crowded and the place was almost out of everything in the cooler area and some shelves but the staff was very nice and caring.

Clean store, exceptional service and remarkably reasonable prices as evidenced by Powerades merely costing 49 cents for a 32oz. bottle are just some of the reasons that our neighborhood Kroger is the place to shop. I even saw Adrionna Oree, an assistant manager bagging groceries today, choosing to leave the service desk to help out on overwhelmed cashier. The togetherness was a.magnificent sight to behold.

We were out of town and are so glad they’re open til 11pm because we were hangry and didn’t want to go to any of the open restaurants.

Glad this store is still around...With all the new development it's nice to still see employees that have weathered the changes...Would love to see Kroger head back to Lexington side of town..

My favorite place to buy grocerys! Better selection than most places and the guy who's always there, Ted, is really great and helpful to me and my boyfriend whenever we're there!
