all I needed was an iPhone charger and electronics closed at 10 and the managers are the only one that are able to get in the cases that are locked. I asked two managers already and they said No because they were unable to get the key, so I want to give a special thank you to Torrance who took the time and initiative to get what I needed even though what I needed was small it was the effort that he put into making sure I was service. Awesome customer service skills, and problem-solving skills. I gave him a 10 out of 10 And hopes he has a merry Christmas

The staff has been very friendly. Almost made me want to put in an application!! Customer service is always key.

As of today (2/14/22) the store had everything I needed and some things I didn't know I needed. Ha!!

As of 5/6/22 - still going strong and I found a few items that I've wanted for a while and we're at a great price.

Today (7/6/22) went to the store and was able to snatch flip flops for $2 a pair, tops for $1 and sandals for $6. I love a good markdown sale.

Today (9/12/22) I am pleased to report that I was able to get everything on my list. And due to summer clearance I also grabbed some tanks that were $2 and shorts for $4.50.

Today (11/14/22) Walmart has some great clearance sales. Bras and sleep shorts down to $3.

Today (12/26/22) I was able to get a lot of items on clearance. Great day to shop!

Today (3/6/23) and with using the Yuka app, I was able to find some great, healthy finds on clearance.

Today (5/25/23) I was able to get everything on my list and grabbed some items I've never tried before.

Today (7/29/23) I was so happy to see all the fresh produce the very friendly employees were putting out. And I snagged some great items on clearance.

Today (1/4/24) I was still able to find everything on my list plus a few items on clearance.

I had to take my Volkswagen truck to the Walmart on forest drive because the West Columbia store couldn't get the tires off to balance them, claiming they were over torqued. I contacted the store on forest drive because they are the original store that installed my tires and to my Surprise the manager Rex was a man of his word and got the job done and handled the entire situation professionally and I really appreciated that. Thank you Rex

Had a wonderful experience at this walmart! They also had no problem letting my little sister bring in her tinkerbell suitcase! And even though she had an attitude and tried to run off the staff were very understanding! Everywhere was very clean and well stocked, the only change I would suggest that the bathroom in the photo center we didn't know there was one there so maybe hang some kind of signage would be nice! Over all we will be back!

Online ordering quick and easy. Curb pickup easy using app to let them know you are on way and that you have arrived.

They had a cute doggie jacket that my dog likes, and it fits her great. Plus, her dog food was cheaper here than my grocery store. Score!

My experience was very nice unlike and experience Ihad2 weeks ago at the Walmart on Garners ferry Rd, self checkout their employees stand right there to sure noone is stealing anything, I think it's RUDE

Today, it was late, and I was in a rush, but the lady who was at the self checkout was nice and helpful when I was trying to place my fruits in to be weighed.

Great prices. Great inventory. Love this Walmart.

Always has everything you need or want and don't need or want, can never go in with less than I went for.

I just wanted take a moment and recognize the online employees located at Walmart 2214 "Forest Drive" for an everyday effort the employs put in each and every day from morning to the last call so that the online service will ensure a smooth transition from the store to the customer.

Since the pandemic the way of life is online service and the Walmart 2214 team has added professionalism and respect for the people they serve with ingenuity. I also appreciate Tonja, Archer, Dan, Baba and Lilly " the lead" for being so dedicated to their craft serving the customers and the contractors. The named employees should be recognized for conducting themselves with dignity and respect for others.

Employees are not recognized enough representing the company they are employed by in many cases.

Whom ever is reading this communication should know recognition should be a daily occurrence, that doesn’t mean that recognizing milestones and anniversaries is unimportant. Showing employees at Walmart 2214 management and customers appreciates there achievements that makes all the difference and makes Walmart 2214 employees feel noticed and not recognized putting pride in their work representing Walmart.

Went to 3 different stores checking for my baby’s formula because the website claimed it was there and it wasn’t but when I went to this 1 the ever so lovely 💞miss BRITTNEY💕 actually took the time to check, updated the system and graciously found an alternative solution to make sure my baby got her milk I’m forever grateful for her and I’ll be keeping her in my prayers thank you for treating me like somebody job well done 💪🏽❤

Great selection and prices, usually the best. Produce selection is very good. This store also sells shotgun, rifle, and .22 lr ammunition. Lots of automotive and garden stuff too. The bird feeder and seed selection are good and nicely priced.

Excellent products and amazing prices. High-quality products are always available.

I like the service, product availability and feeling safe at this location. I can't stand to go to the Garners Ferry Walmart anymore. Lack of product availability, Way too much drama from shootings to fires and I just don't feel safe.
