Purchased an exotic from Tyler and his staff and the experience was absolutely amazing. If I were the owner here I would make sure to keep guys like Tyler around. I Came across 212 Motors while shopping for a specific Porsche, after I found it on their website, I gave them a call and was greeted by Selena, she was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and making sure the car will be available for a test drive. When I visited the location I was introduced to Luis as my salesperson. Luis was friendly and helpful in giving me all of the information about the car and even took me on a nice test drive. When it came to the numbers, Luis and his manager made sure to do everything they can to make sure I was within my budget and happy with the price. The buying process was simple and easy and the entire team at 212 were very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. Before and after I sealed the deal, the team made sure the car was in perfect working order and ready to go. Stopped in to “see what they had” on a full day set aside to drive various vehicles at various dealerships in hopes to find a new truck. Once I arrived, I pulled to the side of the lot and was shortly met by a salesman who introduced himself (Artemio Cabrera) and asked a few introductory questions to find my needs, was professional and “gave me my space” to look over the lot inventory.

We were on our way out of the lot when a truck caught my eye. Turned around and Artemio and I spoke briefly, then went inside where we met Luis Moreno to continue discussing the vehicle.

I am SO GLAD we got out of our car to look at the truck because this became one of the most pleasant experiences I have had while purchasing a vehicle. For reference, I have purchased 20-25 vehicles in my lifetime and THIS was “top two” experiences at a “dealership”. The folks at 212 go above and beyond to make sure your experience is memorable and pleasant as possible to create lifetime customers. Luis asked all the right questions, was very knowledgeable, and continually impressed me throughout the time we were there. He made sure we felt comfortable and understood everything while he and the management team worked to secure a sale that was favorable to all parties. We NEVER felt taken advantage of and I could not be happier with my purchase and (new to me) truck. I promised to refer whoever I could and plan to return when I need another vehicle.
