Walmart Neighborhood Market

It's a favorite in the Cayce/West Columbia/Lexington, areas and communities! Very nice, well organized and clean store! Pleasant, helpful and friendly CSR's and Store Associates! Recently moved to the area and this will be my preferred store for groceries and household essentials for my family and myself ❤

As you enter and to your left, your eyes will feast on Columbia’s prettiest produce; bar none, and I should know. Sorry, you coffee-sipping high enders, this place has you all beat.
Its produce notwithstanding, this store has a dizzying array of frozen everything, a great selection of meats and cheeses and staples.
Now, for one of Columbia’s best kept secrets…this Walmart Neighborhood Market (and all Walmarts, ssssh!) has the BEST chicken salad, made fresh. This writer likes the celery, raisin and cranberry, with pecans. It is to die for.
A trip to this little treasure makes you forget it is a Walmart. It is as clean as my grandmother’s kitchen and there are no weird people.

Better than going to the Big Walmart. You can get in and out pretty darn fast.

It’s like a mini Walmart. Super nice inside, everything is always stocked whenever I go. It’s really nice especially if you don’t want to go to the big - full service Walmart.

I would like to acknowledge Demario (the young man in the deli department on July 23, 2023). I have been in A LOT of Walmart's(from Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Texas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Maryland just to name a few) and this young man is THE FIRST person I've ever seen be so CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, DILIGENT, PATIENT, VERY NICE and RESPECTFUL! This young man BLEW ME AWAY. There were four customers at the time and after slicing each customers meat he cleaned the blade EVERYTIME, changed his gloves EVERYTIME, wiped the area EVERYTIME and WASHED HIS HANDS EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, he even had on a hair net! One of the customers wanted JUST beef bologna and Demario took the time to actually read the package to make certain that the bologna was in fact all beef. I've NEVER seen anyone in any of the Walmart's I've ever visited in my 45yrs of life be this AWESOME! I REALLY APPRECIATE Demario's diligence, cleanliness, professionalism and respect for his job and his customer's. Because of him, I would not hesitate to patronize this deli department AGAIN. Thank you Mr. Demario you are greatly appreciated.

I have a deep inner disdain for the World of Wally, but it's an easy stop & my BF always pushes the cart ❣ Gives me more time to roam & find nifty stuffs ✮

Can get in & out faster than Walmart Super Centers. Clean store, good selection/prices. Is one of my favorite Walmarts. :)

The first time I saw a Wal-Mart that's just a market like Shopper's,Giants ect....

I enjoy shopping there. Haley and the pharmacy team is extremely helpful. When speaking to her about trying to work out getting my scripts transfered she was very patient and didn't make me feel rushed like a lot of pharmacy's. There pharmacist are so friendly.

Update: Even more awesome. Micaela went way above and beyond while being friendly the whole time and did stuff I didn't expect while giving me her rational. So awesome. Plus there is a dude there, his name escapes me, awesome attitude and personality. I believe he is a student. I go out of my way because of them.

Very Clean store! Not to mention I drive from across town to get gas here. They have the best prices, and I know the gas is good as it lasts all week for me!

It's one of the best Walmart stores in the metro

Hello my name is Anthony me and my fiance Ms Janet come here all the time and we absolutely love our neighborhood Walmart especially from all the Great customer service we received from Ms Rhonda and Ms Lisa and Manager's and other associates thank you all so very much for all you do.

Wonderful staff clean place cheap groceries. I got the online shopping to let them deliver my food and items and I love that they care about it. I’m a Walmart + client and it’s wonderful, if I want my stuff 2 hours or less. They get it here at 45 minutes. Best service ever

Store was very clean and seemed to have more options than others that I've been to.Great location as well..

I love visiting this place it's close by and convenient. My only area of opportunity that seems to be an on going issues is the seafood area it's never full and when it is the fish I want is never in the freezer. This is an on going issue that I know is having an adverse affect on profits for the business and convenience for customers like myself. I have been a manager for a very long time and I know that I can do a better job so it can be done with focus and commitment.

I went to 4 stores but nobody has Ammonia, but WALMART Neighbor hood store does! I go here to get everything in one stop & shop! And best price AND selection! Great great staff. Helpful & efficienct AND NICE!!
