Chad Batey is very knowledgeable about plumbing and septic tank systems. He was willing to help take care of problems and get the job done quickly! He did a wonderful job pumping out our septic tank. He was also willing to go to his superiors to get answers for additional questions I had if he did not have them. Definitely recommend reaching out to him if you are in a plumbing need!

We needed our septic tank pumped out. Barnhart and Sam came out. They were both very professional and friendly. They both were very knowledgeable. They were very willing to answer questions that I had. They had us up and running very quickly. I highly recommend both of them!!!

We sprung a leak on a Sunday , placed a call for emergency service . Response time was good and Sam our service man was outstanding! He explained what needed to be done to fix the leak , also the cost for the repair . Leak was fixed and I was able to get quotes for other work needing to get done . We would definitely recommend Roto Rooter and Sam for any plumbing needs .

My sewer line was blocked. The technician had it unstopped within 15 minutes. He was very professional and thanked me for using Roto Rooter and told me to feel free to call if I had any other plumbing issues. I would gladly use their company again.

After a quick diagnosis, he started and completed the repair with a very professional manner, determined the best approach to the problem, and had it repaired and our system back in service very quickly. Golden Plumbing is truly GOLDEN! I live in an RV. Most people won’t even talk to me about repairing an RV. Much less actually fixing one! These gentlemen came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it! I paid a much lower price than expected. Received a 1year warranty in the bargain! Will recommend this company to anyone!

Had Chad B. and Will come and had to clean out sewer line. Found the problem pretty quick and fixed what they could and explained in great detail what was going to need done in the near future. They were both great and had to work in 8 inches of snow.

Amazing experience with a company I hadn’t considered in a long time. I was reluctant calling on a National Name but am very glad I did! After dealing with a disgusting plumbing issue I needed help in a hurry. Sam, Barnhart, and Chad from Roto-Rooter came out and jumped right in to a fix. These guys knew what they were doing and were extremely efficient through the entire process. Found that the mainline to our drain-field was not being effective at allowing the wastewater to flow through causing everything to backup. Backup had gotten so bad that it was coming back into the bathrooms downstairs. Sam recommended a Hydro-Jet cleaning as a possible fix; after discussing the pros and cons I agreed to attempt his recommended fix. After bringing the required machines the work was completed and the proper flow was restored to our drain-field. I am very confident in recommending the Jackson TN Roto-Rooter team to all my friends and family!
