Cayce Family Dentistry

We've been going to Dr. Greg for nearly twenty (?!) years now, and have continued driving up even after moving to Charleston. He's a good, conservative dentist who does a great job listening to his patients. Never pushy, obviously knowledgeable, makes sure you're comfortable with whatever he's doing before he does it. It's hard to earn my trust, and he's got it.

Amazing staff too! I'm not sure how many hygienists I've seen over the years (more than usual since it's hard to schedule the drive sometimes), and every one has been fantastic, no hyperbole.

Front desk/office is also amazing. Never gotten an unexpected bill adjustment two months after paying like I do at the GP; they've got their act together. Call and you get a real person answering or calling you back quickly. Believe me, they've worked way too hard answering my long-distance dental questions and I've never gotten a complaint.

Fantastic office. Wish they'd move down to the beach near me, but other than that, no notes. 😉

I was looking for a new dentist. I stopped in to visit this practice and after a few questions to the receptionist decided to book an appointment with Dr. Caitlin Smith. Diane, hygienist, was wonderful during my first visit. She had read the form I filled out prior to visit and asked appropriate, follow-up questions. She also was careful with my sensitive areas. Dr. Smith was also wonderful, professional and had a caring nature. Everyone I encountered had a great vibe! I look forward to my dental care with them long term.

I just love these guys, the staff is friendly yet professional, they give great care. My wife and I are both patients here. We both like that we see the same providers each time we visit, but she has a different care team than mine. She's also enthusiastic about her dentist and hygienist but I'm pretty sure mine are better. ;)

My first experience went better than expected because I’d been terrified of dentists! They were very hospitable and welcoming and made me feel right at home. They were also very thorough which helped me trust them during the process! I will be returning.

The front office crew is highly skilled at arrangements that fit my schedule. The hygienists are top notch. Today Alicia cleaned my teeth, explaining the tools and process, comfortable and thorough. Dr. Greg Millwood followed up with a plan of action for my continued good oral health.
