By far the best dentist experience I’ve had. Dr Nick is incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and clearly values his patients, his staff, and his craft. The entire staff is so sweet and makes going to the dentist feel like *not* the worst part of my day. After many terrible (and some traumatizing) experiences with other dental offices, I finally found one I love and trust, with an upscale vibe, fair prices, and an absolutely impeccable staff. Thank for all you do, Columbia Smiles!

I was in Columbia for a work conference, when I began to experience terrible pain in my mouth. I was so happy to get a quick appointment at Columbia Smiles. I could not have been treated better, quicker, and with more kindness than I was here. They immediately identified the problem, explained it to me, and provided a course of treatment for the pain until i can fix the underlying problem. The entire staff was amazing and kind, thanks you all so much! Highly recommend if you need a dentist.

Dr. Nick and his staff are truly amazing. I was so nervous today about my dental work. Dr. Nick and his staff delivered pain free care. I'm looking forward to my next appointment now. I'm ready to welcome my new smile!

I would give this office 100 stars if I could! I have been to MANY dentist and never have I had such an awesome experience!! Dr. Nick and his staff go ABOVE and BEYOND for their patients! They are so knowledgeable and they actually care about your dental health! I have high anxiety with dentist due to my history but not anymore at Columbia smiles! I have done business with a few dental offices here in Columbia for over thirty plus years. This office is by far the most friendliest and thorough dental office I’ve experienced. They have modern and up to date technology. Dr. Nick and staff are the best in Columbia.

I’ve been going to Columbia Smiles since I moved to Columbia in 2021. Dr. Nick, Pam, and the rest of his awesome team are incredibly friendly, efficient, and understanding! They go above and beyond to make sure all your concerns are addressed and you leave feeling that you got the most out of your visit. Great experience with Dr. Nick. He knows what he is doing. I just changed from another clinic to this because of a bad dental crown which just installed for one month. Dr. Nick removed the old crown and fix the cavities adjacent to the crown which the previous clinic failed to find out and fix. Nurse Jessica is caring and all smiling. Really good experience.

I wish I could give something higher than 5 stars! Everyone is so nice and you can tell they genuinely care. I’ve never looked so good in my life! I couldn’t be happier and I cannot recommend them enough! I’ll never go anywhere else but here! If you’re thinking about trying this place, do it! You won’t regret it!!!

I had my second appointment with Dr Nick and his staff.I have to say the best experience every at a dentist office he and his team are amazing and they make you feel so a home.I can honestly say I look forward to going to the dentist now.If you are looking for a great dentist and staff I 1 recommend 100% you go there you want regret it.

Columbia Smiles is such a pleasant experience. The staff is so kind and helpful. A special shout out to Pam. She is so comforting to those who deal with anxiety when sitting in the dental chair. A true friend indeed. Dr. Nick is the best. He truly wants the best treatment for you to walk out with a beautiful smile. So glad I found them.

It sounds crazy, but I enjoy going to the dentist when it’s Columbia Smiles! I feel like family because the staff tries hard to make you feel like that! Dr. “Nick” is not only a ‘dental artist’ but a good friend; we catch up while he, and his consummately professional staff, work their magic in my mouth! I would go nowhere else, and have not, for a couple of decades! Columbia Smiles is the jam!

The staff at Columbia Smiles are the best! I’ve always been afraid of the dentist and have never had anything close to an issue or fear with them. They are caring, understanding, and make you feel so comfortable. You get to look at the beautiful view of Columbia while you wait and the chairs even massage as you’re getting your work done! Someone is always checking in to make sure you are comfy and offering a weighted blanket, water, or anything else you might need. They are seriously the best. I’m making an out of state move soon and will still be traveling to come to this dentist. Columbia Smiles is by far the best dental practice I’ve ever been seen at :)

For someone with a lot of dental trauma, I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist! It’s been a few years since I’ve come to the dentist. I came in for a repair on my porcelain crown that chipped on the back, and a repair on my permanent retainer on my lower teeth. Dr.Hill and his assistant Jessica were so incredibly sweet and funny and kept me laughing the whole time. The mood was so light and upbeat from the start. I easily applied for CareCredit and used it for my visit, not that it was even that expensive. As nervous as dental work makes me, I know I am in good hands here. Very happy I found my new place.

I had an appointment today. Beginning to end was excellence! I was greeted by name on entrance. I was taken to the back at my appointment time. A review was done of what I was to expect for dental work requested. The process could start at my expected date. I was asked if there were any questions I had. I was pleased to say the least. Dr Nick and his staff treat you as if they are sitting where you are. Two thumbs up.,You all are a 5 star office!!!

Dr. Nick, Mrs. Pournaras, and the entire Columbia Smiles staff are far and away the best team for dental work in the Midlands. I have been coming here close to a decade, and have never had anything short of an awesome experience every single visit. These folks go over and beyond in every single service they provide. Best dentist I have ever had! I have had so much anxiety around dentistry since childhood. Dr. Nick and his staff are great! Beautiful office and state of the art equipment puts me at ease. I’ve even started some cosmetic treatments I’ve wanted to do for year. Highly recommended!!
