Creston Dental

I love Creston ! My daughter had been going there for her braces for a while now and they treat us so well ! The staff is super kind , theyre clean and use all of the safety precautions as well !

The staff here is really nice. If my daughter has any questions their willing to answer for her. The place was clean.

Very quick and affordable dental office. The orthodontist and dental hygienist are very kind. I had a very great experience with getting my braces put on!

Great place to bring your child for cleaning.
They made the experience go very smoothly for my son. They work quickly to get their clients in and out. I loved the peaceful atmosphere as well!!

This dentist is so nice I definitely recommend going here as a adult or a child I had to get fillings done Dr.allyson Sheffield and her assistant Beth Damron made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was straight . Dr.allyson Sheffield Is really sweet

My kids love Creston Dental, Tiaja, Dr. Sheffield & the receptionists!! They are very professional & they make my kids trips to the dentist very pleasurable & painless as possible!! We also love Dr. Chin and her staff as well!!

Had a visit today and my son and I was very nervous because he was getting a filling. Leslie the dental assistant was very nice and polite and she calmed me and my son down. When he was crying she would rub his head and tell him that he was doing great, that made me feel better and made he more comfortable. Dr Sheffield was amazing with the process and both ladies made the process smooth!

I brought my 2 stepkids here for long overdue dental work. They both had multiple cavities and needed 3 separate visits to get everything taken care of. Dr. Sheffield was so wonderful with them and the hygienist staff were very patient and considerate and friendly. I’m glad to bring them back here for their routine care and they feel comfortable coming here too, despite the circumstances of their first few visits.

I have been coming here for 7 years and never had a problem. They are very nice and work with you under any circumstance. I seen Dr. Sheffield and her assistant Beth and they work together very well and make sure the kids are very comfortable at every visit. The place is clean and the staff love to have fun and make you feel like family. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this place. It’s a must see!

Great place to take your babies, The Dr. Sheff irks is awesome and the hygienist Heather is great and had great patience with my daughter. Love this place.. My daughter loves this place they have an amazing staff Heather is our favorite amongst many! She has so much patience and kind to my child and the cute lil ones too!! Dr. Sheffield is outstanding, they have new doctor's too whom are great too!! Love this place....

I've just recently started bringing my daughter to Kool Smiles on Forest Drive in Columbia. We've had nothing but good experiences since coming here. A child's visit with the dentist should always be a pleasant visit no matter the procedure. The staff always greet you in a nice and friendly manner. My daughter is absolutely terrified of coming to the dentist but I want to shout out a special special Thank You to Dr. Sheffield and her awesome assistant, Beth. Job well done, I love Kool Smiles😃. Very friendly atmosphere! Heather is the absolute best! She loves children and she has a way of making children feel safe and comfortable! My youngest son doesn't like going to any type of doctor's office and when he met Heather, he was comfortable thoroughout his entire service. Thanks Kool Smiles! I was EXTREMELY pleased with my experience here. The wait was not long AT ALL. My twins had a ball in the waiting area which gave me time to relax. Once we were back in the office (which I love the fact I got to go back with them) everything was even better. The nurses and the doctors were very friendly and sociable. They kept my kids smiling and me engaged. They made my babies feel very special and they did a very thorough job. They also took time to explain everything to me and answered all the questions I had. They had great personalities and gave my kids a goodie bag and new toothbrushes which they were excited to use. I recommend this place!

Dr. Sheffield and her Assistant Beth were absolutely
"AMAZING ". Dr. Sheffield was extremely kind and gentle with my son. They both explained the procedures from top to bottom. Even my children's very first visit I watched her with other patients and she was Awesome!!! When I had to bring my kids back I specifically asked for her rather than the first doctor they saw because she made the children feel really at ease. If I had her as my Dentist I would happily go to the Dentist and not be frightened!!

The service my family gets at Kool Smiles is amazing! I thought taking three kids (6 yr old twins and 3 yr old) to the dentist by myself would be a nightmare but it’s a pleasant experience every time. Heather has cleaned my boys teeth several times and she always greets us with a smile and kind words. Today Que cleaned two of my kiddos teeth and she also made them feel super comfortable and excited about getting their teeth cleaned! Evan took X-rays today, he worked fast and made my boys feel comfortable around those big machines. We actually look forward to visiting Kool Smiles every 6 months.

Aaliyah is an amazing tx coordppp]inator. She explains everything and makes sure no questions go unanswered. Dr. Hyatt is awesome as well. They are in network with BCBS STATE Dental Plus and will file to your medical insurance for surgery. Thank you guys!

This is a great office. Everyone is always smiling and awesome with my daughter. Dr. Sheffield and Beth are awesome also. From a childhood experience my daughter has been afraid about going to the dentist, but since coming to the Columbia Kool Smiles she has been a happy camper. Thanks for all that you guys do and please keep up the wonderful work!!!

My daughter had an awesome visit today with Dr. Sheffield and Beth!! We arrived a little early and they were able to get us back a little earlier then scheduled and complete an extra filling for my daughter to help with my work schedule of having to take off. I recommend Kool Smiles to all parents!! Did I mention they are open on Saturday’s too😊
