AT&T Store

I purchased a new S23 ultra at this location and the representative made the process of transferring my service to a new phone a pleasant experience.

My phone was all screwed up. The ladies here are super helpful. They took their time and got it taken care of. Thank you so much.

Customer service is the BEST I have EVER had when it comes to dealing with anyone in this industry. Olgesby is the guy you want to talk to and has the most knowledge. Top notch service
Was having trouble with my phone and entered the store for the first time. I was greeted and treated like they knew me forever.

After my S5 was thoroughly inspected it was concluded that it had seen its day. Then I was shown numerous phones available and the knowledge from all the personnel was outstanding. Ended up buying a new LG and I am extremely pleased. Would definitely recommend the store to anyone.

Wonderful experience. The associate Cheyenne was great. gave us her upmost care and attention. Her expertise is outstanding in her line of work and the Manager was also most helpful. Great store in every way.

I went to the AT&T store in Newport Tennessee yesterday to purchase a phone and Brandie was the most helpful and had the most patience to help me with my purchase. She treated all the customers with respect and we were mostly seniors. I would recommend this AT&T store to everyone.

WOW, wish I could give more stars!! Came in frustrated from previous cell phone carrier. I had lots of questions and several lines to port over. The store manager, Donny, could not have been more helpful, patient, professional and kind. He thoroughly explained the option of a business plan and this certainly worked out best for us. Although we were there almost 3 hours b/c of how involved our situation was, it felt like half that time. I am so happy we switched carriers and just as happy we walked into that particular store where we received such outstanding service! Thank Donny!!

Very professional and friendly. They were not afraid to laugh. They made sure everything was transferred from my old phone to my new phone as well as making sure everything was up and running before I made the trip home. It was a pleasant experience.
