If you enjoy California Dreaming, then you’ll absolutely LOVE this place! They give them a run for their money.
The croissants are flaky and soft with great honey butter. The chicken tenders and sauce are fantastic. Their salads are served with hot crumbled bacon on top. Their cheesy mashed potatoes are out of this world, potatoes around the world want to be served here.
It’s a great atmosphere and wonderful area to walk around after, well placed.
You get a lot of food too which warrants the price.
Definitely my new go to date night spot!

I've been wanted to check this place out and finally got a chance to. I must say I should've been stopped here like I had planned to a long time ago. I enjoyed their Baby Back Rids with their Cheesey Mashed Potatoes and She Crab Soup. For my appetizer I loved their Firecracker Shrimp. Everything was excellent and I'm definitely coming. The only they had wrong was I told them I wanted everything to go and they brought it out like I was dinning in. Other than that y'all will see me again soon

Date night with my husband heard received great recommendations so decided to try did not disappoint. We had chicken tenders as appetizers, delicious. Our my first drink was a cosmopolitan it was ok but second drink lemon drop was even better. My entree was blackened shrimp Alfredo served with garlic butter croissant fresh tomatoes and broccoli topped with Parmesan cheese and couldn’t eat they give nice portions so definitely got our money worth. My husband ordered the flounder and baked potato he couldn’t finish his either. Both served with salad your choice of Caeser or house salad both with croissants man they were delicious. I also ordered cookies and cream (fried Oreos with vanilla ice cream) to go. Everything was delicious and filling will definitely be back service was wondering as well

We had an amazing time at this cozy establishment! I celebrated my 40th birthday here, and the food was exquisite. The service was first class, and my waitress even took pics for us! I will definitely go back! PS: The croissants are a PROBLEM! Every iteration we had was amazing! (See pics, we had the ones with honey butter glaze, garlic butter, and a dessert)

Wonderful atmosphere with nostalgia from USC. Food was incredible, definitely try the loaded mash potatoes, they were GREAT!! Will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed myself . First let’s talk about the ambience of the place, it’s really nice and decorated. It almost gives off that it isn’t located in Columbia. The parking was a breeze from both parking spots. The waiter was extremely nice and attentive. He paid attention to us and made sure we got everything we asked for. This was my first time eating so i asked his opinion. He recommended multiple dishes i decided to first order the croissants which were tasty and filled with flavor and fresh. I also order a side salad which was tasty aswell and had a lot of toppings with ranch dressing. I then roses the chicken Alfredo with extra sauce. It was really good i got the regular one because I’m not a fan of spicy food. It was filled with flavor. The manager kept checking our table to make sure it was clean and we didn’t need anything else. I like the vibe aswell that the kitchen prepared the food slightly in front of u. I would def recommend trying out this location. Service and atmosphere alone was worth the visit.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Angell Bros. 1801 Grille in Columbia, SC. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, with attentive and friendly service from the staff.

The menu offers a wide variety of options, but the Firecracker Shrimp is a standout dish that I highly recommend. And don't forget to try their Fresh Baked Croissants, which are simply amazing!

Celebrated my wife's 60th birthday with family a very accommodating prices are in line and the food and service was outstanding handicap parking available easy

First time here, passing through. Came for the Max N Cheese, but it’s not on the menu anymore; new owners, new menu. The Server Darius was excellent attentive and knowledgeable. The food had great flavor, portions were ample, only downside on the food was the pizza was hard to eat, tasted great, but not easy to pickup. Solid decor and open kitchen is a great look. However the expo guy yelling for runners every 30 seconds, got annoying.

Came here for date night and was very impressed. Everyone we encountered greeted us warmly, the service was fast and very attentive, and the food was delicious. Definitely will be back!

We went here for a date night and it was great. One of the best steaks I've ever had and definitely a great value for the price. I've paid much for steaks and meals that weren't this good. We will definitely be back.

Very cool laid back vibe. Customer service was great, waitress Anna did a super job with recommendations, drinks etc. Food was very good, came out super quick, restaurant was very clean and service folks looked and felt welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant if taking in a concert or sports at Colonial Life Arena. Location and parking is easy to find.

1801 is an excellent restaurant with great food and friendly service. The food is always fresh and made to order, and the staff is always willing to help with anything you need. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Great atmosphere and service. They do a farm to table, so everything is fresh. It's in the downtown Columbia area. I would recommend this restaurant. 10 out of 10.

Elegant yet casual atmosphere. The menu provides a good variety of options. We enjoyed the prime rib with a loaded baked potato and blackened chicken alfredo with a Caesar salad. The food was all excellently prepared and Amanda provided excellent service.

It's my first time trying this place. My husband loved their food selection, and the service is great! Love those croissants. It's a must! We'll definitely be back and try other stuff on the menu.

My wife and I came in last Saturday. Food was amazing. Your new chef really knows how to cook a steak. Best I've ever had. Service was outstanding. Also the fact were were greeted by the chef and told to have a wonderful night and thank you for dinning with us by your chef. We are going to make this our Saturday spot. Good vittles. Went there for dinner and it was tasty, quickly prepared, and the service was great. Younger lean fellow named Mike/Michael was a great server. Had menu suggestions and was very personable.

It was quiet for our visit because it's winter break but still had the popping environment of fun.
