Very helpful and respectful employees, I came in for a case and screen protector for my device and they had a few options even for just a Google Pixel. They have great options for many devices. If you are in need of any accessories, this is a great place to take a look, and the best part, you don't need to have Verizon cellular service.

Great people lots of help with my device

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ryan brought every android phone in the store for me to look at and walked me through the pros and cons of each. He obviously was selling me the best phone to meet my needs not just the phone that gave him the biggest commission. Then once I selected my phone, he took care of uploading everything from my old phone, setting it up exactly how I wanted it and walked me through all of the features that were different. I walked out of the store feeling confident that I hadn't lost any of my data and that I knew how to use all the functions on my new phone.

I decided to switch carriers and was needing to upgrade my phone as well as a home internet option. I was pleasantly surprised how well the process went. Eric Finely was top notch! Professional, personable and passionate about his work. He walked me through everything and took the time to set everything up for me. He made certain my experience was nothing less than perfect. Outstanding Customer Service! My son and I visited and was helped by Chris Moore, Travis, and Wallace. I could not have been more pleased with the service we received. These young men were polite, knowledgeable, and made sure that we were taken care of in the most caring and genuine way. My son had read the reviews for the Verizon store closer to where we live and he insisted that we go to this location based on reviews instead. I am so glad that we did! They have my loyalty and business for life. There are many in the customer service field that could stand to learn a lot from these fine young men.
