Comfort Inn Jackson I-40

The service was exceptional. My father was air lifted to Jackson Madison General Hospital. I had made the 2 hour trip along with my 4 kiddos. We were exhausted by the end of the night. I had trouble finding a room so all of us could rest. My little ones were tired and cranky! The front desk lady helped in so many ways, including me calling several times because I just couldn't find the place. She was very patient, understanding, and kind. I had so much going on that I don't remember her name. But what I do remember is that her actions and kindness helped so much during a very stressful time!

From the moment I called to the time we left this place was great. The bed, linens on the bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable. The people working there were extremely nice. The men that made breakfast were so helpful and friendly. And the food and selections were amazing. They even walked around to see if they could get us anything. Every employee would wave at you and smile. Unfortunately we got in at 11 PM so it was too late to swim. Others were saying overpriced and run down. I couldn't disagree more from my experience. My extra money perhaps payed for the very clean room and soft towels. Thank you for a nice stay due to Comfort Inn's employees doing their jobs.

Really appreciated Sammy and all her help checking in -- she was very sweet! The room was clean and the king bed was really comfy. There was a decent selection at breakfast with a couple hot items, mini muffins, fruit, bagels, and more, as well as various condiments. (Sounds trivial, but I don't always find that.) There wasn't much in the area, but there's a Pilot just a minute away (with easy access via traffic light), and a Dollar General just across the street. I would certainly stay here again!

We had a non smoking room with a King bed and pull out couch. The bed was very comfortable after a long day of driving. The room was great, the interior and furnishings were in like new condition, the room smelled nice, no odors. The breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy. The pool was not open.

This Comfort Inn is a great hotel while you're traveling. Free wifi, lots to tv channels, free breakfast, and an outdoor pool.
The hotel staff is polite and accommodating without being intrusive.
Conveniently off 40 highway in Jackson TN.
But you do have to drive past the hotel to get in the parking lot.

We've stay here twice and it is very clean (and I'm very finicky). Bed is comfortable. Shower has good water pressure which is important when washing thick hair... The Mexican restaurant just down the road (can't remember the name) is very good.

After having a horrific water pipe bust in our home causing us to have to vacate briefly, we decided to give comfort inn by choice a chances. Melissa at the front desk was a blessing! She was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and made the process so much easier and less hectic after dealing with complete chaos all day. Our jacuzzi sweet room was EVERYTHING we could have hoped for to make up for such a disastrous evening. The room was clean, well maintained, and helped two exhausted parents and an irritated sleepy two year old find peace and comfort. Melissa got us set up on the rewards program and offered a plethora of information on the hotels program. We are extremely thankful for her pleasant, kind, friendly, and quick process of checking in. Her customer service met and exceeded our expectations, and the room was more than we had expected as well. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for employing such a wonderful front desk employee!

Had to stop in very late due to a snow storm. Only one room left and was thankful for it. Lady behind counter had worked a double because another worker called in due to storm. When we got up for breakfast she was still working, trying to keep up with the food, people checking out, and rude people. She was still very polite and had a smile on her face even under all the pressure. I know she worked well over 25 hours. She is a great asset to your business and I commend her for going above and maintaining and doing a great job under such conditions.

This place was amazing! We arrived really late, but they saved our room. The room smelled amazing, was very clean, and extremely comfortable. Being that we arrived late, we missed breakfast, but the clerk was kind enough to offer us some fruit and juice. Their hospitality was top notch! Thank you!

Excellent service by hotel staff, always have a smile on their face and go the extra mile to make my stay more comfortable. Rooms are very clean, zero dust, and bathrooms also spotless. Highly recommend this place!

We broke down on Wednesday night and they had no rooms available. The desk clerk on the evening shift was very nice helping us find another hotel.
On Thursday we again had to stay in a hotel and this time COMFORT INN had a room so we took it. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is simple but adequate. Pizza and Chinese food delivers both are very good. Because there was no shuttle the manager took us back to kenworth.
We will definitely stay again

The staff was supernice, breakfast very good quality, nice and clean hotel, looks like they recently renovated. Will sure be back and refer to my friends and family too. The most important thing is room are very clean with comfortable beds in it...

I do not typically stay at Comfort Inn since I work for another major hospitality chain. I was a bit put off by the service I received from the other hotel that was originally booked for my stay, so I cancelled the reservation. With it being a busy weekend, it was difficult to find a room. Honestly, I was a little hesitant, HOWEVER, the staff turned my hesitancy around. They were pleasantly accommodating and kind. True hospitality! THANK YOU from a seasoned veteran of the industry! Well done!

The room was nice and it was clean. The man that checked us in was very professional and nice to talk to. Breakfast was good also. I wish you would have fresh coffee instead of coffee machine.

I travel for work so I’m in and out of many hotels all the time. This is a decent place to stay and clean (it actually had a nice cleaning fragrance to it) comfy bed big tv bigger refrigerator then most hotels and Jason at the front desk is friendly pleasant and very helpful! This hotel will be in my list of decent places to stay when I’m in Jackson Tennessee next time and I will certainly pass the message along to our other drivers of my company so they stop for some good rest too. Thanks again for a nice stay!!

The man working the front desk when I checked in (I think his name was jason), was wonderful! Very polite and helpful. I was checking in quite late at night, and hoping there was a pizza delivery place still open. He called around until he found one and got my dinner on my way. That is above and beyond service. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I'm very happy.

Manager was very friendly and helpful to chose a place to eat. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was great and hot with fresh fruit

Excellent establishment. Quiet, friendly staff that actually calls you by your name. Every time passing by the counter, they would check with me if everything was OK. Clean rooms. Highly recommended.

One of the best nights sleep ever. Clean, affordable room, great accommodating staff, good breakfast, and the biggest, best TV and TV lineup of any hotel have ever stayed in, including Disney World Yacht Club!!
