Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I went through the drive thru over the weekend and was very impressed and pleased with the customer service. The young lady was helpful, courteous, fast and efficient. I recommend this Dairy Queen location. You can tell they change our the fryers often. The chicken, fries, and onion rings were hot and fresh.

Good food, great service. Reasonable price

Got a New York cheesecake blizzard with strawberries in the middle. I was pleased with the large amount that was evenly placed. It was the best blizzard I've had in my 54 years!

Service and food was great! They seemed understaffed but managed to get all of our food out within a reasonable time. Especially since we were feeding 4 individuals including myself. Maryanne I believe that's her name did an amazing job and I praise the others who were working with her.

Very friendly for a fast food place. Good quality soft serve ice cream. Good communication at the drive through. They always get the order right. Very clean. I just gave it four stars because Dairy Queen is just an ok spot for ice cream in general. It’s quick and easy soft serve. Hand scooped ice cream is better quality.

The food was good but messy service was alright but a little slow and the young man needs to be taught how to place a order in the container so that the lid doesn't come off the gravy and ends up all over everything.

They didn't have chocolate ice cream so I asked if I could get extra chocolate in my blizzard. They were accommodating and I was very pleased. It actually tasted like chocolate ice cream. I've asked the same thing in Atoka where I live but in Atoka it always tastes more like vanilla than chocolate even though I order a blizzard that should be chocolate and ask for extra chocolate; still tastes like mostly vanilla ice cream. I wish I lived closer to this location because they get what a chocolate blizzard should be like. Thank you! Will certainly come again if I'm in your area!

Excellent food very good choices and some of the best service I have ever had. DQ is a staple place that I'm glad lives on. The black lady that waited on me and my sister that night was one of the nicest most upstanding women I have ever met. She went far and beyond her duties as a server.

The girl behind the counter was so nice and caring, she kept your attention on a customer who has a serious illness. When I told her about my husband having MS, she was just as sweet as can be, and caring. Plus the food was awesome.

Ice cream was excellent as always.

A young ball team came in about the same time me & my wife did, they handled it well & worked thr the chaos quite well 👍🤙👍

Just picked up a hamburger meal and a shake and blizzard. It was all good.

An Amazing place to eat and hang out at. and guys look they work hard in the kitchen so dont say its a bad place they only do what there trained and told to do. iv been in there when they first open and worked for awhile. yeah there might of been times were they get slow but you got think about how many hrs they have been on there feet and what all there doing to prepare your meal. ikn this isnt probably going to persuade yall to change yalls rating but for future references i erge no kne to try to bad mouth them. they work hard in the kitchen and they do alot back there and theres reasons sometimes why they have you pull up and park. sometimes they probably ran out of meat or chicken and had to put some more into the frier. but still they might have there downs at times but hey its business they work hard there so always at least leave a positive feed for them. think about if u were in there shoes how tired would you be?. im only making a samll statement so that no others may bad mouth them in the future maybe this might help them think so when theer going to post something negative. im not trying to persuade or anything like that.

This is always one of my go to spots for the family. Great and friendly service each and every time we go here. The food is delicious and the new outrageous blizzard is amazing!
