They where absolutely wonderful. Immediately helpful and smiling and courteous and fast and made sure I got the best deal when moving over from Verizon. I wish I never would have left in the 1st place. Matayla is AMAZING!!! I came in while on the phone w/ Samsung & handed her written instructions on what I needed so I didn't have to stop the call. She played along like a pro!!! Everyone was helpful & knowledgeable... so glad to be back. Excited to use this T-Mobile SyncUP Pets for my runaway friendly White Chow... Thx T-Mobile South Ogden!!!

Anna was so helpful and kind! She replaced a sim card that wasn't working. She also setup an Apple watch with it's own cell phone plan. I was at this store about a year ago and had a really bad experience. So, I didn't want to go back, but I read some of the recent reviews and they looked good. So, I figured I would give it a try. Very glad I did! Thank you so much for all of your help Anna!

Octavio was wonderful to work with and so was his coworker Preston. I had a bad experience at another location the day or two before and so I chose to come to a different location to see if they could help me out. They were both so apologetic for the way I was treated at the other store and let me know that they would do their best to ensure that my needs were taken care of. Octavio was a very kind personable salesperson and he helped me to trade in a phone I was just finished leasing and pick out a new phone that met all my needs and would lower my monthly bill substantially while allowing me to pay off a new phone rather than pay off an old phone under the Sprint lease contract. I got a Google Pixel 6 and I love it. I also got my original question answered that the other store was not willing to address. It took a long time to transfer my data to the new phone and Octavio was very good at engaging with me as the customer during the time. It was not awkward, he listened to me, he taught me how to clean up my Google storage which I greatly appreciated. He is certainly a valuable employee for T-Mobile. I see greatness in him.

Me and my husband had the best experience here! Landon was amazing at helping us get all set up and ready! His help eased mine and my husbands worries about a phone plan! Him and Kai both stayed two hours past closing to help us! That was 3 hours of helping us! They are honestly the sweetest people to help us! Will be recommending them to everyone in the future!

I went to Tmobile this morning to add a line to my account for someone who's phone was disconnected from another plan a month ago. Jack helped me to get the phone back up and running and to get a phone number that was only one digit different from the previous one so it will be easier to remember.
He helped me to change my plan to one that would save me money while retaining the functionality I need across my family's devices.
I was really happy with the service I got this morning. When I left I had everything I went in for and then some.

Everyone was super helpful and quick. The store managers assisted with all the 'thinking through' from the first step ..... to the final going-over the details, both Derek and Jamison knew exactly what was critical to point out, and made sure everything was taken care of right on the spot and answered any questions I had ... and I did have quite a few! Simply without any hitches and difficulties in any way -- and that's great to experience when there are many outstanding options and opportunities.

Great experience!! No doubt about it, this has always been the case with the T-Mobile as long as I have know it .... and it's more than reassuring to find the T-Mobile experts so knowledgeable in numerous areas of expertise. As one notes in other reviews that we have read in the past months, years ...., the same pattern appears with comments about how these staff members let the customers think through the options, since there are many dimensions involving the purchase of these high quality products; the more one can have the time and experience, the better all around.

It's so reassuring to find these staff members so knowledgeable and able to think through the options with me and the other customers at this T-Mobile store. You can't miss it -- make sure to visit this place.

The comments from so many several customers just tell us how it is: fantastic! The staff have patience, they figure out your problem and get you back on track in no time at all. I used to only go to T-Mobile corporate locations, which are very good ..... however this is one authorized dealer here in Ogden is one that I am very, very happy is right around the corner and consistenly effective!!

I was desperate for a phone and distraught on what to do while my insurance claim was being figured out. Braxton the manager of the store was incredibly kind and helpful, helping get me back on my feet until I could figure out the rest of my claim. They were extremely kind and helpful at this location, definitely recommend!

I have been a T-Mobile Customer for a long time and have had to go into many T-Mobile stores to pay bills and such throughout the many years and I can honestly say without a doubt that this is the best store I have ever been too. The employees here understand everything about T-mobile and are so helpful. Having talked to the manager of this location, I have been told that they are the top store in all of Utah. That is a pretty big accomplishment and something that should be commended. Go to this store and they will get you taken care of and you won't leave disappointed for angry for not getting answers.

I needed some help navigating my phone for installing apps and got the help promptly and courteously from the office staff. I also appreciated T- Mobile personnel changing my sim card, in particular Jack, who explained a lot to me about my phone.

Raul and Cody are very knowledgeable. No place is perfect but with a modicum of patience they will figure out your problem. I used to only go to T-Mobile corporate locations, however this is one authorized dealer that I am happy is close by for me. Several times I have been in around closing and they help me without seeming to care about trying to bust out of there right at 8.

Of all the t-mobile stores in the area, this is by far the best one. They always have great deals. I just got a FREE watch. It's amazing
