Decent wait time. Convenient hours of operation. Fair pricing. Friendly staff. Results have been great thus far! I have had multiple haircuts from Karen and I think she's done a great job!

Aurora always does a fantastic job. I usually try to request her if she's available. Keep up the good work.

Love that we got there just to the right time before their first day of school Rush both my boys were able to be seen at the same time and my youngest one is pretty Wiggly but the woman who cut his hair did an amazing job at keeping up with his Wiggles and giving him a really cool and crisp haircut!

Nancy always does my cut the length I request and does a GREAT job in styling. When I choose to have color done, she does it so that it looks natural. Been using her for yrs!!

Beth was wonderful. I went in not sure exactly the best way to go with my graying hair and she discussed my options with me. She’s was fabulous. So happy with my hair and the care she took with me. Could not recommend her more!

The staff at Fantastic Sam's, Mud Lane are great. Beth is the first person in my 65 years who has actually listened to my concerns about my fine hair and the "look" I was trying to achieve. She gave me a cut that was PERFECT for what I wanted to do, showed me an easy way to style it and suggested a product that WORKED for me. So I finally felt confident to return and have highlights put in. OMG, with my cut and highlights (my hair isn't gray yet, but it is kind of dull looking) I look 10 years younger. I get compliments every time I see someone who I haven't seen for a while. You can pay more for services, but you won't get any better service than with Beth and Fantastic Sam's!

Beth did an amazing job getting my hair fixed. She was friendly and professional. She gave me great suggestions and she worked diligently to give me the look that I desired! I will be back!

I am super impressed with this shop! Nancy did an amazing job on my 6 months worth of grow out and haircut! The prices are beyond reasonable and she really took the time to make sure the highlights and lowlights were spot on. The other ladies in the shop were friendly and personable with their clients and I felt very comfortable there. I will be back for sure and wont wait 6 months to do it next time. I found my new stylist and shop

Beth was who cut my hair. She didn’t just cut my hair she took her time to wash my hair to cut it correctly and to style it as I asked. I’ve never felt that someone took there time on me than I did this particular haircut. Thank you Beth. You have no idea the impact you made on me. Very pleased.

My first trip there was not great. I left with my hair looking nice, although not as short as I wanted. When I washed it, I noticed it was an inch shorter on one side. I went back 2 days after my cut and explained it. Another stylist immediately shampooed my hair and could definitely see the mistake. She cut my hair exactly as I had wanted it in the first place. Short enough and even. They never made me feel bad for returning and actually told me to come back and let them know if I still wasn't satisfied. No charge. When I returned for another cut, the girl that messed up was no longer working there, but I will definitely return there for service, using the same stylist as before. Stick with one who does it the way you want it.

They do take walk-ins and you can also schedule an appointment. Three different people kept telling us that they would be with us, but all in all, we didn't wait long. The lady did a great job and it was a decent price.

Madisynn did a great job with my hair. Normally I will tell someone to do whatever they think looks good and they just ask what I normally get, but she just said okay sure and went for it, which I love in a hair stylist!

Came in because the salon in town couldn't do what we wanted done .( hombre coloring from brown to blonde)All the staff were very friendly and VERY confident. End result? A teenager who can't stop smiling and taking selfies and one momma with tears of joy. MADDIE if you see this, THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!! Her hair looks amazing! You exceeded our expectations!!!!DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THESE LADIES!!!!

Tammy is the best hair dresser in the city of Louisville! She is so experienced and takes her time and makes sure you are satisfied with your services! I would highly recommended her to everyone!!

First time dyeing my hair and they did a great job and everyone loved the color when it got done. Very friendly staff. Definitely going back to get the touch up.

Been going to this location nearly 10 years now...Have always received quick and.courteous service, plus great cuts from Beth. I don’t understand the negative comments. You could certainly pay more but why would you when FS provides quality service at a fair price.
