Pho & Sushi @502 Crab House

Very pleasant experience. The server was friendly and attentive. Giving adequate time to order and checking on my table while eating and was no long waits to pay for the food. A hand held credit card device was brought to the table to pay for the food.

The food was served very hot and fresh. The fried chicken was very tender and juicy. The cajun fries were spicy but not hot spicy. The fried shrimp, pork rolls, lobster bisque and rice tasted good overall. I have no complaints and I will go back again.

Okay so let me start by saying my husband and I absolutely love seafood. In this area we have been to Pier 17, Joe's Crab Shack, and Storming Crab. 100% beat all 3 by a landslide in our opinion. The food was so delicious, and fresh. We got the #2 boil combo and ended with the desert of the day, Chocolate Mousse Cake. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and soft, not harder or chewy. The snow crab slid straight out of the shell easily. Mussels were delicious and the cake was scrumptious. The server was so friendly and helpful, and so many workers came by and checked on us, such kind people who really care about the customers and their experiences. Give it a chance yall, you won't regret it!

Edit: These folks hand wrote instructions for us to put together our soup at home so it would be perfectly fresh and delicious! The lady up front has even brought me out really delicious spring rolls while I waited for my carry out. You won't find service like this anywhere else.

The Po boys and soups are delicious. Great staff also. It's a great addition to the Hillview area!

Tried out 502 today and it was excellent! Service was wonderful, restaurant was clean and inviting and the food was spot-on. My wife and I had the Po’ Boy sandwiches (shrimp and oyster) and our boy had a shrimp basket. Do yourself a favor and get your fries “cajun” style!

We will be back with reinforcements to tackle a boil next time.

Best seafood boil ever. Crab fritters excellent. Hand make the egg rolls. They make there own bread for po boys.

My new go to place! I love po boys so much and this is the only place around this area for them. The pork egg rolls are a must and hush puppies are always good !

I must be honest. A strip mall seafood place in Kentucky made me think twice . I was pleasantly surprised. Food was fantastic with the service being even better

Had a date night with the hubby. The waitress was super friendly and attentive. She was great explaining the menu. Even brought us complimentary egg rolls which were delicious while we waited. The 502 sauce is like nothing I’ve ever had before in a seafood boil and it was absolutely delicious. The portions for the price are great. Hubby had a shrimp poboy that was generous with the shrimp and he loved the Cajun fries! At the end the owner stopped by to talk and his energy was great. This is a family business and they truly make you feel welcomed! We will definitely be coming back!!

Very impressed by the selection. Everything was amazing. Service was fantastic. Loved the outdoor patio area and beautiful planter boxes. Ordered the 1lb shrimp boil and added half pound of sausage. This was plenty for me and my wife. We also tried the pork egg roll which was prepared to perfection. Keep up the great work 502 Crab House! We will definitely be back and recommend to all our friends.

Was looking for something different to eat. We ordered a few things to see what they had to offer. Cod-was flaky and fresh. Snow crab-very fresh and not fishy. Also had some shrimp. It was all fantastic. Joe’s Crab Shack…they made you guys look bad! Everything we ate here was great! Keep doing what you’re doing guys…this was the best meal

Every table was full! Super clean and friendly service. Food was amazing. Ordered the snow crab, calamari, and oysters on the half shell. Oysters were fresh, crab was sweet and calalmari was very hot. The calamari was not rings like normal. They were full chunks. 100% recommend! We will be back.

Initially it appeared like a regular Chinese take-out establishment but I was so glad I waited for the experience! The staff were friendly and courteous, very knowledgeable about the menu, offered suggestions, were receptive to questions, and there was no wait. I ordered from the Asian Fusion page of the menu (the back), and thoroughly enjoyed the pork egg rolls, the crisply yet lightly fried chicken, and the Vietnamese iced coffee with creamy milk. In addition, I found the crab balls to be delightful! Definitely worth my while and I plan to return!

This restaurant was amazing. I ordered the boiled shrimp and I have never had shrimp cooked like this. It came out in a roasting bag. It was very fresh and tasted terrific. The waitress was very professional and kind and did everything she could to see that we were satisfied with the meal. We will certainly be going back.

We just ate there and the food and service was great. I had 1/2 lb crab legs and my husband got the seafood platter plus oysters on half shell for an appetizer. Food was excellent and waitress was friendly and checked on us often. We will be going back.

AWESOME!! Everything was cooked perfectly and the Snow crab clusters were a nice size. The raw oysters were HUGE! Great service too!! I hope this place stays because it's a nice change of pace from the usual fare in the area.

The people here are great, the service is exceptional, and the food is phenomenal! We've dined in and ordered take out - the seafood boil was perfect either way! We've tried so many different things, all of it is fresh and delicious! Who would have thought they would kill it making French fries for a shrimp po boy sandwich?! Their lobster bisque is wonderful, and my daughter fell in love with their special this weekend - Banh Canh Cua (Vietnamese Crab & Shrimp Udon Soup) 😋😁❤. Don't forget the sriracha sauce! 🚨😃🚨Gotta figure out how to order this soup in bulk... Thank so much and keep up the great work as we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner tonight!! See you next time!!

The food is amazing!!! Their butter sauce is one of a kind type a delicious. The best crab I’ve ate thus far. Customer service was great! This place is to become a favorite spot for many.

You might go for the seafood but don't leave without getting the appetizer chicken wings or your mouth will be very mad at you. Also the lobster po' boy sandwich is amazing. And the egg rolls are good too. Everyone is friendly and it's an awesome place.
