Had the scorpion burger, garlic fries & a lemonade. Food is delicious, totally worth the price.

Service is great too, friendly and fast. Good parking area in front of the restaurant.

Food Coma! A great place for filling American fare: burgers, salads, chicken sandwiches. The bottomless sides are cool. We learned that the regular fries are held ready, but the sweet potato fries are made to order. Lifehack for fresh fries is to get those.

Steamed broccoli as a side had an issue; it seemed the broccoli wasn't washed well before cooking, we found some brown schmutz on it.

My partner and I had dinner here a few nights ago and the whole experience was great! We had to wait about 10-15 minutes since it was busy, but it was worth it! The staff from the moment we arrived were all friendly and attentive. Our server was on the ball too! She was very prompt and professional. She didn’t harass us and let us eat, came and checked in with us and made sure we were all good. The food came out really quick and was delicious! Despite them being busy, everyone was cleaning up the place and keeping business flowing.

A year ago I'd have given this place a one star. But whatever or whoever put the work in did an amazing job!! This place has changed. Great burgers, fresh fries, and great service. I noticed they were putting papers in the carry out bags asking for reviews and I see why. From a below average restaurant to a crave worthy place to eat. YUMMY!!

Have been on keto diet and we come here at least once a month, I bring my keto bun and they always go out of their way to prep my burger with char goodness, super cheesy and yummy mushrooms! And blue cheese side salad perfect.

First time at a Red Robin restaurant. The environment was very clean and neat. Great decor and lighting. The food was really good. The burger was juicy and tender. Our waitress, Liz, was amazing. Couldn’t ask for better service. No complaints here.

The food was delicious.. Everything was made well. But The Waitress that served us was excellent!! She said that she was new to this restaurant but she definitely knows how to treat her customers like they are her priority.. I only regret not getting her name...

Liz was absolutely spectacular for our little celebration! She was covering the front door, bar and half the restaurant, all while not making us wait more then a few minutes for anything, never had to request a refill, napkins or a knife, she brought everything, knowing they would be needed. I can't say enough great things about her service. They had roughly 5-6 total people working a full restaurant! You have GOT TO GIVE MAJOR CREDIT to our restaurant workers during these staffing shortages! When you have someone like this working as 4 people, you have got to see this type of work ethic and reward it! SERIOUSLY, Liz didn't skip a beat and needs some type of recognition! Thank you for the superb service!! ASK FOR LIZ!

Due to Celiac, I’m always picky about where I can eat. Red Robin is always a good choice. I always rely on their website to navigate their menu. While sad to learn today that their bacon is not gluten free, not are their delicious fries, our server Mallory certainly made our visit amazing. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us having a sleepy toddler and dietary restrictions. If I were local, she’d be my regular server.

Great place to go good guy there. It works hard takes care of his customers. Jimmy, I gotta say he's one of the greatest people I've ever met there. Hospitelly ask for his exception anytime you go. He take care yet 110%. Make sure everything is right you write. I love the place. I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

These are truly gourmet burgers! If you are a fan of hamburgers any way that you can imagine then you must stop here! In addition to hamburgers they further have a great deal of other menu items ranging from Specialty Sandwiches to seafood and including prime rib. They also have an extensive and fully stocked bar for all your drink needs. We were met with a smile and excellent service! As Always, Enjoy!

I used to get to this Red Robin 2-3x per month with my family (5-8 of us usually) but service was very hit and miss. When it was good, it was fine but when it was bad I questioned why I ever go back and it was a 50/50 chance. I haven’t been in about a year and thought I’d stop in to get my birthday burger. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly. The service was good, she was pretty expedient about getting some refills on salad and made sure I had what I needed. It’s enough to make me reconsider going back again as my kids do like it and their ghost burger is awesome (even with a lettuce wrap, though it seemed like they changed it since last time I was there, still good).

It was our first time dining there and it is now my new favorite burger place I had the southern charm and I even got a balloon lol. Our server Kaelin made our first experience amazing. Even turned on game for us. Table 83 at 8:36pm. Thank you to the hostess for letting an me pick out a balloon at my age lol

Love this place! We typically show up every time for lunch, and service is always wonderful and attentive. They've got a nice variety of food here alongside the burgers, and a big selection of beverages both alcoholic and non. Definitely one of the more quality restaurants in the Florence area. A little pricier than others, but the taste more than makes up for it!

Been a while since I visited one of these. Sat at the bar. Server was super, never had a empty glass, it was almost like she was reading my mind, I'd think it and there is was.

Upon deciding where to eat my Sunday afternoon meal after a weeks worth of work and some amazing football I decided to give red ribbon of Florence Kentucky a shot. I have tried other local joints such as American kitchen and bar cuisine and and have been over all please but founds some areas of lacking during these pressing times and anxious filled citizens with the disease and viruses going around. Let me just say upon entering all staff were filled masked and wearing gloves from what I could find, sanitation stations throughout the restaurant, protective seat dividers, as well as a welcoming staff that seemed and felt like was a very clean environment. Now for me I don’t mind this but I know a lot of people appreciate knowing they are safe when enjoying a meal and not a lot of places have this feeling. So right away that stood out, but honestly went in with 30$ wanted a tender burger got what was expected and then some I asked how much extra cheese cost and the very nice bartender who made stellar drink, ask for her I believe Alyssa, but said “you may not need extra” I trusted her and she did not lie the burger was juicy tender and the cheese was amazing cheddar American mix. Superb service, amazing mixed drink and a beer, the milkshake was amazing and I almost forgot to mention all you can eat side dishes which included salads, fries, and fresh or steamed veggies, amazing deal I had no idea about. Alyssa told me about it and I tried almost every side I could. Also the chefs who prepare the sides I applauded because my salads were amazing Caesar and house and they didn’t wimp out on the dressing and toppings. Walked out with no money left but my meal was only 21$, so I thought the staff deserved a healthy tip for these hard times.

Wife and out for a date after a hard day of her power shopping. Lol. Service was friendy and efficient. Sho got prtzels and I got ine of those huge fancy burgers. Yum

Enjoyed the restaurant. Everyone had salads for dinner, and while not their specialty, it was exceptional. My drink didn't go dry. Waiter was attentive.

My parents and I visit this location regularly, and we order take out every now and again. The service here is excellent! The waitresses are always friendly and attentive to us. Jessica remembered us, and she was very kind. Food consistently tastes amazing, and it's made just how we request (like my mom's burgers that she likes plain). When we order take-out, it's always hot and fresh, and on-time. Can't beat the price, either. Always feel satisfied when we visit, and this will always be my favorite place to eat.
