This place is close by my house and I have been around 3 times. It has always been a treat. Excellent service, fast service, and tasty food. I would definitely recommend it if you want to experience amazing sushi and hibachi.

I went with a friend to Juno for the first time this week and the food was great! I enjoyed everything we got. The place is authentic and staff is lovely.
We ended up getting the Spring Rolls, combo Tempura (Shrimp & Veggies), Shrimp Tempura Roll, Spicy Cali, and Kiss on My List (Amazing!!!).
We also got Shrimp fried rice to go and chicken and beef fried rice, both were good. Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area!

10/10 every time I’ve been for dinner! The Juno edamame is one of my favorite starters and it’s a must have every time I go. I’ve never had to wait long at all to get a table and the staff is very friendly and accommodating!

I'm obsessed with Japanese food, I'm always in the mood for it. This was our first visit and we ordered smoked salmon, tamago (sweet egg) and unagi (eel) for appetizers. They were amazing. For entrée we had chicken katsu, their sauce was very thick and it was kind of pale, I didn't really care for it. Chicken katsu sauce isn't usually that thick and it has dark brown color. We also ordered deep fried sushi "Oh! California" (tuna, salmon, yellow tail and snapper inside with spicy crab and salad dressing, aonori and masago on top). They're giant and yummy. They have so many selections of sushi, so we will return some day.

Delicious sushi! Enjoyed the Take on Me roll and Alaskan roll. There was no wait on a Friday night.

We keep going back it’s so good!!!!Excellent and exceptional!!! First time here. Finally a kitchen that understands Ramen. Sushi was also outstanding. Service was superior we asked a lot of questions. Highly recommend this place.
Second visit today switched it up and got the spicy miso ramen and off the wall roll with the gyoza 😋😋😋

The food is pretty good. Sushi, I have never liked until I tried their fresh bar. Now we order from here twice a week.

The moment I walked into the foyer, the impression I got was exceptional. I had studied all available classes on Japanese at WKU and studied some about Zen for my arts degree when writing essays. The decor seemed rather authentic from my perspective. What really stood out to me was the ceramic vase with a good amount of incense ash inside. From my experience, few outside Japanese culture are familiar with the concept of keeping incense ashes to stand up more incense sticks in. I wondered how long it took to build up that much ash.
I came out to Louisville for an appointment and was a mite late to it because I had to stop and compliment the food before I hurried out the door. I really hope I wasn't rude. The man at the sushi preparation area was really fixated on scrolling through something on his phone. I actually don't mind it, it doesn't impact his work. He could just be a scatterbrained creative, which I know very well about. However it did lead to a misunderstanding, I thought maybe he didn't understand English very well. The "Adam's specials" or something like that on the menu should have clued me in that it's a native language. Whoops! Where I come from, Bowling Green, most of the sushi places have staff first generation immigrating from Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, maybe Korea, et cetera, and I have experienced such language barriers in the past. I hope my assumption wasn't hurtful. I did hear him on the way out the door!
But really, it was the best sushi I've ever had, as I had said. I was taken aback to find that the chef actually did put a layer of wasabi in between the rice and the nigiri. I'd never found a place in this country before that practices this tradition of preparation without the customer specifically asking for it. The seaweed was not shy about its presence, in a manner of speaking, which I seriously appreciate. The quality of the fatty tuna blew me away.
I have no idea how these simple ingredients were so flavorful. I'm no sushi chef. Maybe they are simply very fresh. That is hard to find in a landlocked state. The rice, at the least, was perfect, and cooking rice to the ideal consistency and maintaining it is more difficult than one may think.
My brother in law offered me to try what I believe was calamari in a fried yakisoba, and it was also great. A satisfying consistency and a more complex flavor palette in the sauce than I'd come to expect. I also had really hoped they would use that mustard horseradish kind of dressing on my side salad that I really like, and I was not disappointed.
There is at least one professor at WKU right now who really heartaches for some authentic sushi since he last was able to visit Japan. I could try referring him to make the trip, and hope it may match his standards. I'll probably be on the lookout for excuses to make the trip up to Louisville in the future.
Oh, and I did have to take a photo. That's uncommon of me to do.

Very delicious ramen and gyoza! If your looking for a hot bowl of soup this is an excellent stop.
Second visit 5/12/2022: their ramen is still delicious. My second experience only gets four stars though. Even though the food was excellent the customer service could have been friendlier. I stood around for five minutes before being seated at lunch time and the waitress was flat but helpful. I still recommend this spot for some great food though!

I’ve been here several dozen times now. The impressive service never fails. The staff are all very friendly and constantly checking to see if everything is ok. The food is always out on time and tastes great. It’s the best sushi restaurant in the city.

Restaurant staff was very kind and offered to answer any questions we may have about the menu. It is a very large menu with lots of options and our table ordered several very different items which were all superb. The sushi was beautiful and the fish tasted incredibly fresh. Their birthday celebration is amazing as well, I was very surprised! I'll most certainly be coming back as often as I can. It's so hard to find excellent sushi for a great price around town and Juno has really hit everything I could ask for. (Especially with so many cooked options for my picky family to choose from as well!)

Delicious! The pork tonkotsu is amazing! They also serve takoyaki which is hard to find. Unique flavors of sake. The eel tastes great! I highly recommend it!

By far the best Japanese restaurants I've been to so far. The interior is cozy and the staff makes you feel welcomed. Our waiter Casey was wonderful, very attentive and kind. The food came out fast and the sushi was delectable. Prices are a little high but fair for the amount of food you get. We ended up taking home more then we ate because there was so much. 10/10, a definite must for food lovers.

This place has amazing food. My husband and I went for a late dinner and had great service and a very nice atmosphere. The waiters are very knowledgable about the menu and help make great recommendations. Our waitress was on top of keeping our drinks refilled and checked on us several times which was great. Plate presentation was nice as well, I will definitely be recommending and returning.
