I can't believe I'm writing a review on a "fast food" place, but I absolutely have to in this case.
First of all it's my kids favourite fast food restaurant in general and I'm happy about it because the quality of the food here is good in my impression.
Having said that, the real deal about this particular branch is the out of the ordinary staff.
I have a child with special needs and she was accepted here as a queen! Super nice and attentive people work here. The way they treat their customers is like family. You know what, i can even feel it in the food.
We bounded with Cody and had some very interesting talks every time my child chooses to come here, she's like "i hope Cody is there".

My go to for a quick bite. Food us always hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and they get you in and out quickly.

Food was delicious. A team member named Kevin went above and beyond with his service. I did not feel like a customer, but like a guest in a friend’s home.

The customer service was excellent. After I received the wrong order, the worker/Team leader, named Rockky, professionally resolved the issue I had by providing compensation for this mistake. I am very satisfied! 5/5!

While this Chik-fil-A is located in the 2nd worst parking lot in the St. Louis Area, everyone who works there is always friendly and gives quick and helpful service. Food is standard for Chik-fil-A, so it’s hot and delicious. They recently remodeled and the place looks much nicer than it did before.

Wonderful as usual. The parking and drive thru is rough, but the best things aren't easy. Upon entering the store, from the ordered chaos outside, you are pleasantly put in an environment with other hungry patrons. You can sense the need to feed all around you. The employees are busy but not too busy to make you feel welcome. The workers at the counter seem happy to help you and give a smile. After your order, you only need to wait a few minutes before your food arrives. Then... The magic happens. The first bite creates a montage of spring days and warm feelings. You immediately feel like you are in a safe and loving embrace. So, in summary: Food is delicious and service is quick. Go get some of God's chicken and bring a miracle to your mouth.

So it was a long drive thru on a Tuesday evening around 7:30pm, but we got through it in probably around 5 minutes! We got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 12 count nuggets, and macaroni and cheese (Which is the bomb if you haven’t tried it yet!). Definitely organized and a great staff to chat with while going through the drive thru while waiting. Very personable! ☺🙌🏻

I love this Chick-fil-A location!!! As far as I’m concerned this company definitely deserves the 15/hr and a union. The line could be wrapped around the building and you still get your food in 10 minutes or less! And it’s accurate! And fresh!!And the employees are ALWAYS pleasant……ALWAYS!!! No need to post pics of the food because you know what their food looks like. The same every time! Thanks to the management and staff for setting a higher standard for fast food!

I've gone to this Chick-fil-A a lot over the last 5 years. The "worst" thing I've ever gotten there was they forgot ketchup that I asked for. They're great people, friendly attitudes, you never wait more than 10min in the drive thru even if the line is out of the parking lot. They really knock out of the park!

This location is seriously amazing. I've been here probably a dozen times (always drive thru) and they have yet to disappoint. They're always on top of things and very efficient, while still being friendly. I worked at Chick-fil-A during college, and I can tell these guys put a lot of work into making their drive thru efficient. Highly recommend.

Came bright and early on 3/6, added on to a last minute catering order and the team got it done with no issues. They had the initial order done early and took on the addition with what seemed like ease (whether it was or not). I shouldn’t say I’m surprised because it’s one of the if not the only quick service restaurant that makes the customer feel good about coming in and ordering. Thanks team!

Fast, friendly service with a smile in the heat. Order was correct and hot. To be honest, every fast food restaurant needs to emulate these guys because no one has done it better!

Gray area OK location only went there to get my sister. Some food. Customer service was wonderful though.

All of the mangers know me by name here. Fast, friendly, efficient service every singe time, and you can’t beat a good ole CFA sandwich. Drew is always very helpful and friendly and when I go in for breakfast he’ll shoot the breeze if he’s not in a meeting.

This is one of the best restaurants you can go to! They are super quick and the staff is very polite! They are clean and friendly and management even walks around to make sure things are good!

Spicy chicken deluxe sandwich - the best there ever is! Nuggets and grilled chicken wrap are a must try as well. Quick ordering via drive through and excellent food quality.
