Training Society Denton

Absolutely a beautiful and well kept gym. The training staff is extremely kind and professional. They have mostly every equipment/dumbbell range you could want or need. I left another gym to come to this one and haven’t looked back. If you’re in the need to get back in shape or maintain your fitness, this place is it.

This gym is awesome. I went to tour it today and David and the other owner was great. Gave me a chance to come and check it out and right away I knew this place was gonna be it. Fast sign up and worked out that night. Everything was nice and clean. Very comfortable to work out and this my new home gym 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

This gym has been the best gym that I have ever worked out at.
- It is never packed and I always get the equipment I want.
- Open 24/7.
- Staff and trainers are very nice and practice what they preach.
- They ask gym members to clean up the equipment so it stays very clean here.

P.S. They didn't ask me to write a review, I just think they deserve great praise.

I love this gym and training program. I started a month ago with trainer Rachel Rose and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. It’s not an intimidating gym at all! Rachel is the best trainer! I feel so blessed to have found this gym. I have never enjoyed working out but I actually look forward to all my training sessions. Highly recommend

Always loved how quiet the gym was when I went to workout (usually 8-10pm). Great equipment to use and so much space! Owner and other staff were so very helpful with any questions if I went during the day!

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and there is no weird gym stigma. The trainers are never awkward about anything and put a lot of consideration into how to help you achieve your goals and protect your body from injury.
The gym itself is small enough to feel comfortable and large enough to feel like you’re still getting a top quality experience.

I started my fitness journey about a year ago. I was assigned Gabby as my personal trainer. 2 to 3 times a week at the gym with excellent instruction and safety considerations. At the age of 60, I feel better and stronger than I have in many many years. I highly recommend this program.

About 3 years ago, after overcoming a life threatening illness, I decided to prove to a doctor that I was not too old (65) to build muscle. I found the perfect place with the perfect trainer for me. I love the gym and I love my trainer Ashlynn! There's something for all ages at Training Society Denton. Thanks everybody!

Great personal touch and accountability. I can't recommend this place enough for helping you achieve your goals without burning you out! David keeps things very fun and I always look forward to going in there!

My favorite gym in Denton. It’s well maintained, not packed, and has everything I need. 😊

Super clean and sleek, large variety of machines and weights. Hardly ever needed to wait for a machine. Felt like a secret gym but NOT elite in a negative way. The owner and training staff were very personable, helpful, fun, and kind to me--a guy who hadn't been to the gym in AGES. Highly recommend.

Nobody is ever here. Nobody ever answers the phone to both numbers.
They should keep someone at the desk. I came twice between 9-5 during the week.
