Thoroughly impressed with North Lake vet clinic. Friendliness, courtesy, professionalism of staff. Facility itself is very nice and they are adding exam rooms. Internet pharmacy available. My dog has several complex issue and his examination and our discussion was comprehensive. Even a little thing like offering yoga mats for the floor so my old pup has an easier time standing up ... just great overall.

The entire staff at North Lake Veterinary Clinic are incredible. We have been bringing our dogs here for 10 years. We really trust that this team is looking out for what's best for our dogs. They inform and consult us on all care and treatment plans allowing us to make the best decisions for our pets. From initial puppy visits, routine check ups, dental cleanings, wound care to end of life care they have been such an amazingly supportive practice. We highly recommend this gem of a clinic.

We brought in our 14 year old golden retriever and she (and us) were very well taken care of from start to finish. Dr. Kistener was kind and thorough and worked with us on a reasonable treatment plan for our pets issues. We felt we were lucky to have found this clinic!

Dr. Lien and her team Oliver and Max were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They took amazing care of our cat who recently developed a mass. The front desk staff was great as well. The team stayed late to make sure Mowgli was all taken care of. Thank you for providing such amazing care!!! If you are looking for a vet, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!

We LOVE North Lake Vet! We recently transferred here from a neighboring clinic with our 3 year old lab. The staff is so friendly and able to handle my 90 lb hunk of love without issue. Dr. Niebler has been fantastic and has offered different treatments for an ongoing ear infection and it cleared up right away. Not to mention, she really takes the time to examine our pup and answer all our questions, no matter how small.
You can tell when work is a passion vs. a job and everyone here has exceeded our expectations. Our pup even loves coming in and for that we say thank you!

The staff and vets are always very friendly and professional. They do a good job of explaining difficult scenarios and providing options for tough decisions. They care about my pets, but also adapt to many value frameworks. North Lake is always able to schedule us in when an unexpected need arises.

I was so impressed with the staff fitting my dog into their busy schedule so quickly.
Dr West was amazing. She sat on the floor with my dog to comfort her. She answered in detail all of my questions.
