RFTG is the best!! They are always on top of things answering the questions before they are asked. They are quick and accurate!!! With their long history closing HUD properties the expertise on closing foreclosure and auction properties is second to none. They have worked diligently on title issues for some of my clients that would scare most away and closed those properties in record time (investors take note). I highly recommend!!!

EXCELLENT: As an investor/agent Regional First is the best in town when it comes to HUD and foreclosures in general. Their knowledge in the field is unparalleled. Foreclosures in general can be VERY tricky to close sometimes and I don't think the average agent knows what goes into getting some of these properties to the closing table. I have worked with Regional for years, they are very thorough, friendly and the extra infromation given out to educate the buyer during closings is the best. Any one in this business should know by now that foreclosures are not easy, but this company does them well. I use them for other transactions as well, their prices are not only reasonable but less than I see with other title companines and attorneys! They travel if needed and, offer after hours without charging an extra fee..

ABSOLUTE WORST TITLE COMPANY IN THE STATE! They handle all of HUD's foreclosed homes and are defaulted as HUD's required settlement company for all those homes. In dealing with STACY ROSE, i've got 4 WRONG HUDS from her for my closing. People are INCOMPETENT, RUDE and ARROGANT. Shows you what a guaranteed paycheck does to people. I've worked with ALOT of title companies across the U.S. and this one is the WORST! No wonder our government is in so much trouble! STAY AWAY, pay to use your own title company, you'll thank me!
