Apple City Creek Center

I was so impressed with the service at this Apple store. I should explain that first I made a genius bar appointment with Best Buy in Sugarhouse. It was unbelievably terrible. I won’t go into it here, but I will never go back. So, I made and appointment at the Apple Store.

First, parking was easy ! Apple maps took me directly there and there is abundant free 2-hour parking.

I visited the store twice. The first time I had an appointment and was welcome in immediately. An extremely knowledgeable, kind and efficient associate ran a test on my phone. She determined that it needed to be replaced.

Since they didn't have it in stock, they ordered it and 3 days later she emailed and called and I returned. Again, I was welcomed immediately (this time without an appointment) and a different associate set up my new phone. Again, he was knowledgeable, kind, and efficient.

I walked out with a brand-new phone, completely set up for me.

I often wondered if Apple Care was worth it. 100%. So glad I had it.
I wish I remembered the associates’s name. the first was a woman with the awesome “fishing” hat and the second was a man with long hair.

Helpful staff and not too packed store

Big Shout out to Walter of Apple Store City Creek Branch !I’m hoping that this could reach their management so he can promoted.he was able to fix the issue on my husband’s Apple Watch Ultra and he’s so patient w/us.it took us 2 hours to work on the issue .trials and errors were done but then he was so eager to help us and finally solved it .thank you so much !

Right across street from the Temple, City Creek Center is a beautiful place, especially at night. And a very comfortable place in the winter: It is the kind of garden-like "open mall", but everything is under a dome. We visited the center on New Year's Eve. All the decorations makes the place even more magical. It is also quite convenient with ample underground parking. (You need to take a ticket to enter, but it offers two-hour free parking.)

I cannot comment on shopping or the shops because I didn't go there for shopping. I just wanted to take advantage of Apple's reduced battery replacement before it expired on New Year's Day. I guess that is why they named this place Apple City Creek Center? (Pro tip: Do not wait till the last hour before a deal expires. After a little negotiation, I was eventually able to receive the deal, though.)

My partner was in the market for an alternative option to her previous generation iPad. After browsing around a little bit and getting politely poked at by the staff a little bit, we got on the list for some help.

Took about 20 minutes until someone was available to move forward with the new iPad mini she had decided on. There was some awkward uncertainty of which color was titled which with the person who ended up helping us check out, but 3 people later and we got a definitive answer.

Aside from the long interaction and the lack of color knowledge, our experience was pretty great.

She loves the iPad Mini. It’s much more appropriate and kind to her wrists and forearms.

The store was very clean. Seemed to have additional security for I’m assuming the holiday business flow.

Apple City Creek Center is explicitly BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. That said, if they aren’t busy, they’ll fudge the appointment by 5 minutes for you, they have great customer service. In particular, their Genius Tech Mikey did a great job cleaning my iPhone 11 buttons and left me with a little putty to clean out my speakers.

Amazing experience with the service team every single time, without fail. Taylor, specifically, is super helpful, knowledgeable and amazing at communicating in laymen’s terms what the issue is, what they will be doing and what expectations should be.

I’ve yet to have an issue with the waiting game some others have mentioned. Every time I come in, I leave my name, they text me when ready, I show up, they sit me and then they get to me as soon as possible, never been an issue and never been exuberant.

I’ve found my interactions with everyone here pleasant and every employee seems more than happy to do whatever they can to help out and make your experience positive.

I had the most amazing store experience with John. His customer service was top notch. Got my screen protector and Apple care set up very efficiently and helped out with a few other questions I had. Would love to be helped by John every time I visit this store. (Btw John is visually impaired. Yes, blind. I’m still amazed by his work. Truly inspiring) I’m not one to leave reviews often but this experience 100% deserves it. John, you rock!

Friendly and helpful staff. Got a new battery in my iPhone SE for $49. That’s a good deal. It was Sat AM and I just walked in. I came back an hour later to pick it up. Apple Store same day service is one big advantage over other brands. I use my phone for work so it has to keep going.

A year ago they replaced the screen the same day but that time I made an appointment online so it was quicker.

Went in to trade in some phones for the new iPhone 14. We were helped by John and Gavin, they were both very professional and knowledgeable about the phones. They answered all our questions and helped us with some apps. Great experience and really good time. We have John help us before and he was great then as well. Will definitely go back.

A year ago I bought here an apple watch and so far I love it! It runs smoothly; it’s resistant, the battery last longer, and charger is fast. It keeps connected with my phone and works great as an alarm. I can’t live with it! My husband’s phone was also running into some issues, and since they couldn't fix it, they gave him a brand new phone the next day. Awesome customer service! Overall, I’m pleased with all of my apple products. They last forever and runs nice!

Austin is awesome! Very patient and knowledgeable. He took my questions seriously and really patiently took the time to help me understand what MacBook was best for me to fit my needs. I want more people to know how amazing he was to work with! Also mclane he stepped in to make sure I got the best accessories for my new MacBook 11/10 service! They also have the coolest hair in the store. Amazing people for sure!

An extremely busy and we'll staffed media electronics shop. I picked up two orders there, for delivery, and was greated quickly by the staff seated at the clearly indicated and central 'Pick up Orders' desk. The order was brought to me within a minute by a pleasant young man with a thank you proffered.

I like to got to this Apple Store mainly for purchasing items there, the staff were very nice and kind to give my phone that I purchased online. I also like to go to this Apple Store too because the customer service at the genius bar was great, I received someone to service my phone as soon as possible, I also got a loaner phone in the meantime.

Beverly was so helpful when I went to trade in my older iPhone and Apple Watch for a new iPhone.

Extremely suprise with the service . This guys took care with our appointment. It was 15 min wait but they were pretty fast and they offered the best solution .

Very clean mall, all the stores are well stocked, well kept, and the food court is great. the indoor water features and plants create a great shopping experience. This is where you come if you want to spend a good couple hours in comfort, peace, and be able to eat as well as shop. It is family friendly and dog friendly as well.

Jacob was amazing! Helped me get my Airpods case replaced and even cleaned my phone! Amazing service!
