Tammy's here!!!! That's how I feel when I walk through the doors of CFDsmile. From the booking of the appointment to the arrival the procedure and the departure. Is A -1 SERVICE. EVERYONE MAKES YOU FEEL SO GOOD! The office right in modern but with like a little village things with some reason. Very nice and clean. Dentist himself and the staff are remarkable! Someone that didn't go to the dentist for years because of fear and although I'm traveling around the country working. I still come back to Dallas just for CFDsmile! Keep up the great work team!!!

The Doctor of Dentistry and staff hit all the P's, Professional, Prompt and Polite. I was informed step by step of the progression of my care. The reminder text and emails are helpful. I am pleased I gave this practice an opportunity. The art of customer service is outstanding in the office.

I'm a little afraid of going to the Dentist. But the reception called me and made me feel so comfortable and when I got there, she was there it made me feel even more comfortable. The doctor and assistant were great. I look forward to my next visit. This is a great office. I would recommend it to everyone that I know.

The team there was so nice to me. I like the office layout, I felt so comfortable in the waiting room with the admin staff. The dentist was an absolute treasure, because he was straight we me and he listened well as I explained my problem. I had a very good experience. Thank you for seeing me that day. I love CFD Smile they are the best my Dentist checks on me he gives it that personal touch after a procedure I love them so much I now have my Mom, Sister, and Brother going, and my youngest daughter just moved back and plans on going to CFD Smile as well!! My daughter now goes as well as my best friend and I will continue to refer my friends and family, if anyone knows me they know I am terrified of dentists because of a bad experience as a child but CFD Smile makes me feel comfortable they are very caring and attentive to me.

I had to wait awhile to see the Dentist but that's a good sign becathat means he has a lot of patients. Plus he saw me on short notice which I appreciated.

Dr. Alexander did a phenomenal job. Assistant Jessica was in a tier all by herself. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Front desk welcomes you with a smile. They tortured me for a little while and then bandaged me back up with love and tenderness. Thank you CFD Smiles of DeSoto.

I LOVED MY VISIT TODAY. It has been a total confidence booster, the doctor and their staff really made me feel at home. They made me comfortable and anytime I had discomfort they made sure I was okay. This is my permanent dentist from now on, they are all truly a blessing. My son recently had his 4 wisdom teeth pulled at this location. Everyone at this location was so kind throughout the entire process. Our first appointment was very pleasant and welcoming. He also had a good experience during his extraction of 4 teeth. The dentist even reached out the next day to check my son's progress. I would definitely recommend this location. I really appreciate the professionalism and kindness of EVERYONE there, from the front desk, the dental hygienists and the dentist. Great place and staff!!

They are very professional at CFDsmile from the Front desk to the dentist we all know that taking care of your teeth is expensive but they have payment options which I love
