Kroger

Kroger is a supermarket where you can find really good products. I love the clean and the order in the store. The vegetables and fruits are very fresh and invite you to create delicious dishes. The cashiers are nice and very helpful. Also Kroger offers some regards, just go to the Kroger website and read it.

I visit this location each day, multiple times because it has many of the things I need at any time I need them. The fresh rotisserie and hot food porosity are great and will price- at 5 or 6 they mark down the day's rotisserie and chicken products!!! Fresh! Beautiful store arrangement and well informed employees! Thank all of you for putting the addition on every day and bringing us a sweet stop during our days!!

I shop this store all the time, my favorite store to go to, always clean and stocked.

Clean store and good customer service I received in the morning

We had the pleasure of visiting Kroger with friends and family. Upon walking into the establishment there were a lot of carts and hand baskets to meet the needs of the shopping a customer would want to partake in. The establishment was clean and free of clutter and there were no slip or trip hazards while walking around. There seems to be a lot of employees walking around and at the checkout registers helping customers find items they wanted to purchase as well as get through the checkout lines quickly. After we gathered our few items we went to the checkout line and there was no wait as there were several open registers. The items we purchased were very inexpensive compared to other places selling similar items. If you need to do grocery shopping Kroger is not a bad place to shop.

Karen in the bakery is awesome and she understood the assignment and what the words customer service really stand for. It was my grandson’s first birthday and my daughter wanted a specific print out of a picture she wanted on his cake. Karen went out of her way to make sure the picture was on the cake just the way we wanted. The cake was beautiful and delicious. This is the 3rd time she has provided outstanding customer service, she also decorated the gender reveal and baby shower cake for him as well. It was an extremely awesome experience which is why I went back for each occasion. She is very talented and very valuable employee, Kroger should be very proud to have her and should make sure to treat her with the utmost respect. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM KAREN!! Thank you for making it a success.

I really enjoy going to this Kroger in Desoto, tx. This is the closest Kroger to me so i have been going for a while. Recently there has been an upgrade to the store to a more healthy concept. There are a lot more fresh veggies, meats, vegan, organic, and gluten free items. The new look reminds me of central market and whole foods. There are weekly deals available and also online coupons. I recommend that you download the app online coupons and use your Kroger card every time you shop to get the best deals. In the mini brownie bites that are chocolate fudge with walnuts or so delicious, they are so chewy and delicious over in the bakery area. You will buy them and then look down at them to make sure this is what you're eating because its unbelievable!

Amazing customer service, even when you are there to get a few things right before they close. Very thankful they stay open late, as my work schedule makes it hard to go anywhere else.

There was a guy stocking product near the pharmacy that asked if I needed help finding anything, and I found it. The two cashiers at self checkout were so nice!

I also drive by the new Kroger DC in South Dallas all the time, would love to tour that building.

Since I have been in Texas the people here are the nicest out of any Kroger I have been to. Everyone was so friendly and went out of there way to help me find what I was looking for. This entire staff deserves a raise.

Warren was a big help tonight.
I came in for groceries earlier tonight. I was waiting in line for self checkout. He was asking folks shortly thereafter if we were using cash or cards.
Granted when I first got in line there was no one at the registers except self checkout.

I commend him and his team for helping us get our purchases timely.

I came in store on Sunday to purchase flowers for my grandma’s birthday. I wanted roses but due to the current circumstances none were in stock. The florist clerk went beyond measures to create a beautifully wrapped bouquet. My grandma loved her flowers.

Almost all employees here are fabulous and lines (if any) are efficient and quick. I love this store! I also appreciated Gracie who helped me out today. I almost missed out on a coupon if not for her :) definitely went the extra mile

I had such a delightful experience today at Kroger. I’ve been recently handicapped by a medical condition and today I had my newly adopted nephew with me who’s only two years old and it has been a challenge just not having normal mobility. Today I was riding my cart to my truck and a concerned man was going to assist me with my groceries, but surprisingly a young gentleman that was gathering the baskets helped me. He was a breath of fresh air this day and age, clean cut, mannerable, and respectful. Elijah is his name and I just wanted to thank him for such great customer service!

I have always received great service here. One time I purchased some very tough chicken breasts that were extremely hard to chew. I contacted the manager and informed him that the quality of the meat was not what I was used to and that I had cooked the entire package already. To prove that I wasn't lying, I even offered to bring him the cooked chicken so he could see how tough it was. He readily offered me a brand new package of chicken breasts with no hassle. I appreciated that, because he could have treated me as though I had made it all up. I have had no other issues with the meat department. I LOVE my Kroger!

The store is clean. On this particular trip I was looking for a bag of frozen Stew Veggies (ones with celery, carrots, potatoes and pearl onions) which is not so easy to find. I find other kinds of soup/stew blend in walmart but not this specific blend. So glad Kroger carries this, so I can make my desired dishes.

This was my first time shopping at this K-Roger and I had a gentleman help me to find the yogurt covered raisins and the young lady who worked the self-checkout was very helpful as well. Everyone was very productive restocking shelves as I walked through getting vegetables for my guinea pig and lunch for myself.

I love shopping here but earlier today when i went in. My husband had to pull bublegum off the cart before we put our son in his seat. Not really the stores fault. Some people are just nasty

5 star bakery. Ordered my son a whipped icing marble cake spray painted. Cake was super moist and good. Oh and I came all the way from Mesquite just because this bakery is always on point

This is my grocery food and Market store it's the way it's always clean fresh vegetables real nice cuts of meat very good Deli and a good place to get your cakes for birthdays very tasty I would rate this Krogers the best in this area I'm there at least once or twice a week prices are very compatible management very friendly and courteous a great grocery store

The General Manager was acknowledging as many customers as he possibly could, while politely directing employees. It was a very refreshing experience! Great job!
