Love, love, love this store! I always find adorable outfits and accessories that are all of the highest quality and fairly priced. Employees are helpful and fun while staying professional. Cole has helped me on multiple occasions - she's always friendly, is super knowledgable about the products, and knows just what to suggest that would look cute on me! I've never had a bad time here and always walk away feeling great about my purchases and wanting to go back. Besides that, the store itself is clean and chic, and is clearly well-kept. 100/10 would recommend everyone stop here!

I had an outstanding experience shopping at this mercantile! Their products were of exceptional quality, and the entire store was meticulously maintained and beautifully set up. What made my visit truly special was the extraordinary service provided by a young, sweet, blonde-haired employee with a tall presence. They were not only attentive but also incredibly friendly and engaging, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful shopping experience. It made my shopping trip truly wonderful, and I'll definitely be returning for more. Highly recommend this place!

I love this shop! I am no longer in the DFW area and I still miss this store and wish I could have one where I live. The owners are great and are very attentive to what happens in each of their locations. I recommend everyone go visit while in town.

The constant bullying on social media has to stop. The blocking and unblocking is quite childish and immature for grown people to be doing. It's embarrassing that a business would go out of their way to do ridiculous things when I have not done a thing. Wow! Mind boggling!!!!!!

I am always shocked when white sales associates follow me and my family around a store, or neglect to even speak to us while we are there—especially when such a store is in a historically and overwhelmingly minority neighborhood. That is exactly what happened when I recently visited this location.

Upon arriving at the small store, we began looking around and talking about how lovely the items were. Neither one of the two sales associates greeted us, asked us if we needed help, or anything. Rather, we were stared at and followed around the store.

Bishop Arts is a majority-minority neighborhood where ALL people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. I will never shop at this brand or location ever again, which is unfortunate because I enjoyed their items, but nothing is more important than standing up for what is right.

I’ve been into this store 3 times and I can personally attest to reviews regarding discrimination. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt as the first two times, the store was really packed and it’s super small so it easily gets crowded. I can understand it’s hard to greet everyone when you can’t see who is coming in and out. Recently came in on a Sunday afternoon and there was only two customers in there( both were white men) and the two sales associates were only helping them. One of the sales associate’s with short blonde hair looked at my trying on a pair of sunglasses and looked away and faced her back towards me. Not a single word was said to me. I was about to purchase them but after this unpleasant interaction, I felt super uncomfortable. Even as I left, the sales associate just gave me a blank stare as she was leaning up against the register counter.

It’s pretty clear they only cater to people of a certain skin color. Pretty shamefully in a neighborhood that has been so gentrified.
