Great service; love the no haggling; and the no pressure to buy; They were also good about buying back car we purchased more than 3months ago...which had mechanical issues at the 100 day mark (manufacture recall) with parts not readily available (we were over the 3month 3000miles) no questions asked return policy by a week. Took back, the vehicle; paid off the loan; and applied our down payment and residual to the replacement vehicle we picked out

Set up an appointment to sell my truck. 30 minutes later had a good offer that I agreed to and a check 20 minutes after that so I’d say the whole process went very smooth and quick. CarMax was very professional

About as fast possible. It's such a gorgeous albeit maybe a little overpriced. We have used carmax several times & I love that you don't have to haggle. It is what it is…take it or leave it. This allievates a lot of anxiety when buying something so expensive.

I was quite surprised when my Daughter, got a quote on line from Carmax, and when she went there they did not change the offer. Shows me they hold to their word. If I ever sell my van, I will use Carmax.
