Recently had my prescription transferred to this HEB from Kroger and it was extremely easy. HEB essentially did all of the work for me. I came in one day with my prescription bottle and asked if I could start coming to them in the future for my refills. The pharmacist was extremely kind and helpful and told me she would be glad to take care of it for me. It could not have been an easier, more pleasant experience. And this is for a controlled substance (anxiety medication) that countless other pharmacies have simply told me no, they will not fill my prescription for me, even though I'm in my 30's and have been on said medication for close to 5 years. The Kroger (spring green Blvd. in Katy) that previously filled it for me was the only Kroger around that would fill it, not even the Rosenberg location would but it just became too much of a hassle to drive 40min each way to pick up my medication. So no knock against that specific Kroger location. Now I only have to drive 5 minutes to HEB. Thanks guys, you've made my life just a little bit easier, which helps a lot these days. I always only shopped at HEB for my groceries anyway, now I can truly say that y'all are the best in Texas.

HEB is my favorite grocery store. My kids call it my favorite mall. My best part is the fresh produce, and the daily recipes and tastings. This has helped my family menu

This review is mainly about an employee by the name of Sonya. It’s been more than one experience so finally have to say what a wonderful person she is. She is always upbeat, kind and friendly and provides excellent customer service. Once I was behind a long line to check out with just a few items and she saw me and took me at another register to get me out quickly. You don’t see that type of customer service anymore. The store itself is good but Sonya raises it to another level. Kudos to her and thank you.

Love this store! So clean and the employees are always friendly. The bakery department was very sweet and quick to help decorate a birthday cake for my son!

Great selection of fresh vegetables and fruits, great variety of shopping needs can be met, lines move efficient enough considering it's normally a busy store, every bit a 5 star experience.

Best market ! I found everything for groceries Hispanic. I wish they could sell Culantro, it is different cilantro flavor and long leave. For Culantro I have to go to Spanish Market.

Just some 🍩, it was late in the day so were mostly done, single ones but premade packs were a lot available. Excellent customer service, always

Went in there 5 days ago and Miss Kat, and on duty manager at night time, was very helpful and got any into the direction of a wine holder and she did this all by herself, on a cane that she personally made and while she had access to over 20 high School employees that were maybe 5 years her Junior! She went above and beyond the Call of Duty and service for a guest, ME! LOL... BUT SERIOUSLY MISS KATIE W. deserves a recognition from management for performing her duties as required of any HEB employee!

I have to say, I was really impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-stocked the store was. It was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for, which made grocery shopping a breeze.

But what really made this HEB stand out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I found everything I needed. It's clear that they take customer service seriously, and it definitely shows in the experience they provide.

One thing that really impressed me was how efficient the checkout process was. Even when the store was busy, I never had to wait long in line to check out. It's clear that the staff knows what they're doing and they do it well. As someone who is always on the go, I really appreciated the fast checkout process.

This is my perfect grocery store. If they don't have it- they'll get it.

It's about a medium sized HEB, I went there to primarily use coinstar to convert my coins to cash. The place was pleasant and I noticed that they have a gold and silver jewelry shop located near the checkouts that is unique and is owned by kind and honest people.

Everyone is so nice, wish parking lot was bigger and maybe covered 👀 super busy and traffic getting out is a mess 😫

I love this HEB... just need to know if you guys can get in the Old Bay goldfish? They are amazingly delicious...
