CareNow Urgent Care - Denton

Due to the fact that they do not send surveys to workman's comp patients, I decided to write a review on their behalf.

My employer called ahead and had the claim and paperwork done prior to me arriving. Secondly the little bit of on site paper work, I was in process and they pulled me to the room in under 5 minutes.

They were attentive, caring, and provided me with excellent service! I had a follow up a few days later, and again the same excellent service!

Thanks for taking care of my patient needs, but more importantly the excellent service!

My visit to Care Now Denton was fantastic. The staff greeted me warmly, and I was seen by the provider within minutes. They were attentive, explained everything clearly, and the clinic was spotless. I left feeling reassured and highly recommend them for anyone needing urgent care. A special thanks to Brianna the MA and the provider James for great care today!

This was super quick and efficient. I loved being able to get on the waitlist and get a call, complete all forms online and then show up, pay, and get seen within a few minutes. The staff was kind and listened well and I really appreciated the experience.

Today I had the best CareNow experience I’ve ever had. The front desk staff was helpful and patient. The nurse or medical assistant who took me back was kind and talked to me about my interests. She really helped me feel more at ease. The doctor explained everything nicely and listened when I said I was in pain. The X-ray tech was kind and gentle. Overall, everyone I interacted with today was lovely. The process was fast and easy. Easily my new favorite carenow.

The nurse and PA were wonderful. I know they were very busy and my time slot was after 6pm and both the nurse and PA were so kind and thorough. I was only there for 45 minutes tops. Thank you for a seamless appointment.

I live 5 minutes from here and it is always so convenient from the check in process to minimal wait times. The nurses and doctors are always so kind. Thank you for the consistent positive patient experience! I saw Dr Andrews yesterday and he went above and beyond!

Dr Taporco accessed my situation quickly and talked with me about his plan to help relieve my symptoms.

This is a fantastic Urgent Care. There was little to no wait time. The waiting area was empty. The staff was very friendly. The doctor did a thorough job, explained things well, and made me feel heard. 10/10 will come back whenever I need care :)

I checked in online and was told how long my wait time would be. This day had a 1 1/2 hour wait for me. While waiting in the lobby to be brought back it was then 2 1/2 hours wait. That eased a lot of stress I would have had waiting in the lobby. After receiving the call to come in, the wait in the lobby wasn't too long. I was taken back and the reasons for my visit was discussed. I wasn't automatically told that I had CV-19. The Dr actually took the time to investigate what was wrong. I was informed that I needed a cough syrup, nasal medication & that they scripts were already on their way to the pharmacy of choice.
They were all very nice and cared about getting me well again from the start to the time I left the door. Obviously, this will change based on the staff on hand & Dr's as well that day. But for me the visit was just fine.

Setting the appointment was easy. You wait at home for them to text/call you to tell you it’s time. They had some emergencies that delayed my appt time but they called me and kept me posted. Once there, I saw the doctor within 20 minutes.

The web sign in feature is fabulous when you feel awful and don’t want to sit in the waiting room. The doctor and staff were friendly and professional, and answered my questions completely. I’m very pleased with my overall experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use when the need arises.

By far the best experience I’ve received at care now. The nurses and doctors are very knowledgeable and care to your every needs. Doctor Andrew Antillon knew exactly what was wrong with me, highly recommended . Thank you!!

Excellent service, everyone was so very friendly and helpful. The doctor was amazing as well. Knew exactly how to treat my issue and had me feeling better in no time!

I visited CareNow this morning for an employer drug screen. Everyone at the facility was absolutely wonderful and kind. The facility was clean and there was not a long wait. I want to give a special thank you to Lee who was extremely patient. Happy New Year.

Very sufficient Staff. Very friendly. I came in in James and a blanket Very sick come to find later with infected Gall bladder. They treated me as if I was Lady Diana. Ha Ha
No they were caring and made my predicament easier to bare.
I hope they all get raises soon.
That was first time that I had been to any kind of place like that.

It was a great experience. I could not get online via website as this was an emergency so I called explain my situation they said come on in. I get there I waited maybe two seconds got back there. They fixed me up. The staff was wonderful. I am so glad that this facility is available for Care instead of going to the ER. Such a great team on Sunday morning, December 17, 2022!

Dr. Antillon was very helpful and made my visit really easy. My family been going to Care Now, Denton location for over 16yrs now and the services they have are consistent.

I checked in on line and waited until I received a call to proceed to the urgent care unit. I was in and out in 1 hour and I felt that I received the very best care possible. Sophia was the MA I believe, she was caring and compassionate. Jim was the PA that examined and diagnosed me. He was very thorough and caring. He explained my diagnosis to me. Thank you

Quick, efficient service. The doctor took his time and explained everything to me in layman’s terms. The paperwork I needed was provided without delay.

I love the fact that they can call u when they are ready so the only waiting that happens is when you’ve already talked to a nurse and doctor!
