AT&T Store

I have came to the store a lot and a lot of things have happened to the store since it been open and all the staff at the store remains positive and with good energy and even after the store was broken into they still help me get a new phone regardless of what was going on keep up the good work hope the door and window gets fixed soon

They are very helpful at the store I don’t speak English and Ryan was able to help me with google translate and Ryan is very patient good experience

Don't go here. I went in around 1:30 today to trade in my phone and get a new one. No other customers in the store. One employee was sitting there on the phone and eating and I wasn't even sure if he worked there because he wasn't wearing any sort of uniform or name tag. I greeted him and told him I was there to do a trade-in. He woke up the other employee who was sleeping on the couch. Neither one really did anything. The one who wasn't sleeping was on a personal call. I just walked out. AT&T - I wouldn't even waste the resources to have this store open, or get some quality control in there because I would be completely embarrassed if that was the impression one of my branches gave to customers.

First off, the two times I have now been to this store the doors were locked 2 hours into when they should have been open and a second time after an hour. I had to go around to the side door and convince an employee to open the door. I also just saw someone at the store trying to go in but the front doors were locked again. He ended up leaving. Second thing, this store is an authorized retailer not an art store. They cannot do repairs on phones.

Store always open hours late.Place never open near time always hours late an unhelpful.I was there but ended up going to Chippewa store and issue was fixed in 5min.

Store schedule says open until 8 pm. I arrived around 7:10 to a locked building. No staff present.

Store is always open a hour or 2 late and closes early. Employees after letting themselves in the building after coming a hour late. Still left the door locked.
