Schnucks Loughborough

I truly appreciate the help I get at this location and store! Not had any problems.
My main suggestion is to get Malt-O-Meal Strawberry Spooners at this location!!! I can only purchase this brand and this kind of cereal at Walmart. Would buy this product from your store if you get it in stock!!!

This isn't my regular Schnucks but I work nearby and sometimes stop here on my way in or on my way home. I was very impressed by the NA selection this particular location has! Within 30 seconds of browsing the alcohol aisle, I was helped by a friendly individual with the name CJ.

He had plenty of NA drinks to recommend me and I was so impressed I ended up spending over $25 on the choices he listed. LOL

He was extremely helpful and I just wanted to shout him out, along with his suggestions of nonalcoholic wines&beers. As a sober person, I really appreciated that there were more than 1 or 2 choices.

The people working the self-checkout section were also very friendly and kind. This is a great location and is much more organized than other Scnucks in the area. I'll be back :)

Great service, clean environment inside and outside. Get to their bakery before noon to get the "good" doughnuts. Their fried glazed croissants are the best doughnuts they make and the best version in the GSLMA, IMHO! 😋

It's a large place. Thankfully it's well laid out with accurate signage. I like the policy that Schnucks still uses of having a single line to check out. Efficient.

I think the high point is that they remain one of the few big retailers who serve the whole population of St. Louis. Not just the few gentrified neighborhoods. Great that they serve as Safe Places and conveniently anchor some of our few remaining bus routes. Even with all the community has been through in the past few years, they've kept the shelves pretty well stocked and the checkouts running smoothly. You can order online and pickup in the store or curbside.

And after a seemingly city wide shortage, a full compliment of new Shopping Carts.

Plan for a bit of a wait at checkout on the evening hours. They added more staff but still from about 4:00 to 8:00 PM they get a pretty big in flux of customers.

Sorry I can't compliment the pharmacy. There's always a wait, no matter how early the prescription is called in, it's never ready when you get there.

Great shop lo es the flowers and deli they got it and I was schmuckering cause off the cash I saved and great for hide and seek

Was at the store earlier. My behavior was obviously making customers and employees uncomfortable. I noticed that security was staying close to me. White male 30’s black shirt jeans ball cap. Just wanted to say I wasn’t on drugs or thinking about doing anything. I have cancer and forgot to take my medication this morning. No hard feelings. Great store.

Handy to the B&B where stayed, easy to get in and out, great selections, wide variety of goods, prices were decent.

For some reason snook is my favorite store to shop it's not expensive but it's not inexpensive either sometimes they don't have what I want but it's still my favorite store

Store is okay pretty clean, lines go pretty fast. Only scary thing is the things that been happening outside the parking lot . With the robberies etc. But I have noticed more security there. Which is a good thing .

My daughter is an over-the-road trucker. She asked management, and was told she could park in the back of the lot, as, "We have truckers park here all the time." Their service is excellent and the fact that they let truckers park there is a Godsend.

It's Lowes, everything you need for home and of course your shop too!!! A man's dream place for tools..

My favorite store to shop, great sales and mostly reasonable prices also love the rewards program.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff . Clean and very stocked on everything. The managment ISNT UPPITY I see management stocking shelves and doing cashier everyday. I commend the young staff that show up to work ( TO WORK ) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to the parents and training staff. Very convenient as well right off I-55

This wonderful woman gave me a very nice greeting when I walked in and made me feel welcome nice to go she should be employee of the month or year maybe with little bonus check just a suggestion

Love this store. Clean and the staff so friendly. I received a lottery ticket from one of the staff persons...made my day.

Hooray for the Schnucks Rewards Program and the Folds of Love! Education is Important! This store has wide aisles and is well lit. The self check out has expanded. After going to self check out at least 3 times and always having a trouble with it I decided to stick with the cashiers. Besides I'd rather pay a real person than a robot. The wait for either line is long.

This place is good. Sometimes I don't understand what the cashier's are talking about but I nod yes and say things like oh my goodness really or that's crazy or isn't that something..One time I said, doesn't that beat all.lol
I'm not even sure what the last one means so if she didn't, that would make two of us.
Anyway this place is good. However it is very hard to find the English muffins if I had to pick something to speak up about.
That is it otherwise. The Steve Orleano is coming back to this place so many times in the future.

I had such a great interaction with a employee named Laura she had dark hair with a limp. She was organizing products when I seen her. I was having a super bad day. I was struggling to find a couple items. She greeted me with a big smile and ask if she could help. I can’t say enough good stuff about her. What an amazing person. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you Laura I hope I spelled your name right lol You made my day!
