Great place! Honestly one of the only places I trust. guys up front are great and guys in the back stay on the grind. 😌 I will always do business here.

I live in 3rd ward and travel out to these guys no matter what. Fair prices, very honest and respectful of budget, meaning as far as what should and can be done to get you rolling again, safely, anything non emergency or potentially dangerous can be delayed but not long obviously but sometimes we all can’t drop a few racks to get our war pony back to “perfect” conditions until later on especially during these times. So yea I said honest mechanics, knowledgeable, great references for work they don’t do (welding) and if you’re going elsewhere then time to make a small but meaningful life upgrade and get the true service

Everytime we come here they provide great service. They are transparent and honest about the fixes and prices on the vehicle and are willing to work with you.

I received my new Range Rover from another state and needed a state inspection as soon as it was unloaded from the transport trailer. The first place I went to was packed and wouldn't be able to see me for hours! The second place I went to stated that their machine died about fifteen minutes before I arrived. At their suggestion, I was headed to Walmart for the inspection however, on the way I looked over and saw Auto Care USA.

Man-oh-man am I glad I did! The facility is so nice, clean, and welcoming. The staff however, are the absolute BEST! The team is there to help you, keep you informed, respond quickly, and provide exceptional service. They do it all!!!! Not only did they complete my needed inspection, they also informed me of two additional issues. One was that I had a hose with a slight split in it (and they replaced it in-kind) and the other was a need for a power steering flush. I received service for both and was so happy they shared the information with me.

If you are looking for quality vehicle service, quality customer service, and a team of quality experienced professionals, you will be happy you visited Auto Care USA. The prices are good, the service is stellar, and the team of Louis, Miguel, Jeremy, and Zachary, all of whom helped me that day, are some of the best in the city! Best experience I have ever had with an auto repair facility! Luis and his crew really know their stuff! I will not go anywhere else for our auto repairs. The customer service is unbeatable!

Luis and Miguel are great. They are very nice to all customers, polite and educated. The place is extremely clean and neat, it is a pleasure to sit and wait on the waiting area. I came to this place every year for my state inspection of both cars. They always do a quick and good job. I would recommend this place 100%.

Started taking our fleet of company vehicles here for maintenance and Luis and his crew are always polite and friendly. After I started taking my personal vehicles to him and referred some family and friends to him. He is honest and will work with you on what your vehicle needs without outrageous prices. I've been going here for years now and I can't say enough good things about these guys. Luis and his crew are great people and they always do a top notch job. Great communication and they really go out of their way to help you get everything taken care of. I don't trust my car with anyone else.

Took my old 2003 Toyota Corolla CE to this mechanic's shop to diagnose and repair a P0125 error code. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and recommended that I replace the thermostat and flush the coolant. They completed the repairs promptly, and the P0125 code was cleared.

However, after driving my car for a short time, a new error code (P0171) appeared, indicating that the engine was running lean. While I was disappointed that a new issue had arisen so soon after the repairs, I appreciate that the mechanic was able to fix the initial problem quickly and efficiently.

Overall, while the new issue was an inconvenience, I appreciate the professionalism and expertise of the mechanic and the quality of the work they performed. I would recommend this shop to others in need of automotive repairs.

I sent my friend here to get his car fixed since it wasn’t turning on, Miguel and Louis were such a great help with getting it fixed and such an efficient way. If you want quality service, definitely go here and check them out!

Luis is awesome!
It's very hard to find good car shops where people don't take you for a ride. Autocare has been very phenomenal in treating customers (referred lot of friends here and all had same opinions). I have gone to this shop (and will continue to do so) for as small as an inspection to now whatever my car needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. Service is great so customers are happy.

They were very diligent and very transparent with what needed to be fixed and replaced and did so in a timely manner. The job was quick and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Professional, fair prices, friendly, and nice/clean waiting area. I have been doing business here for about 2 years for general maintenance and today for my first major repair. I did my research and got multiple quotes, I even called my hometown mechanic, and Auto Care USA beat all of them. As a young woman, it is important to feel confident about the auto shop you are using, that you are receiving quality care, respect and reasonable prices. I can easily say this will be my go to auto shop from here on out for all repairs.
