Alway have had good service here but the other day I went in to get coffee after my long 13 hour shift at the hospital. They had some update that messed with their Google and Apple pay, I didn't have another form of payment, now it was early during the morning rush and the cashier staff was not the friendliest. They were training someone new and it was probably just an off day for them but the manager, I wish I got his name but he demonstrated beautifully all the core values of a positive customer service oriented company. A true asset to the company, might even be wasted talent he should be a part of if not a leading role in customer service excellence training.

Wow, nice clean place. Surprised to find a place if this quality in this area. Nice Taco counter, friendly staff, fast service. Prepared sandwiches in cooler counter looked fresh. Lots of people sitting and eating. I plan on coming back for lunch in future.

Staff was friendly and the Tacos were really great as well. You also have a lot of gas pumps to choose from.

The store is on its way downhill and fast. I went in this morning and the store was a mess, employees standing around and they were playing spanish music full blast in the back. I don't want to hear that garbage, Stripes is not La Michocana. Typical Rosenberg establishment getting trashed by the community.

The employees are nice enough. The gas pumps are trash though. Pumps down all the time, card machines not functioning . stay away

They r very dirty disrespectful to there customer and the service is hardable went to put gas in my car and the gas pump dnt even work and then they tried to keep my lol money and dnt want to give it back... CALLING NEW OWNERS

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very dirty, never have working gas pumps, long lines, cashiers munching and talking with their coworkers while there’s long lines. The Stripes on Minonite behind Kroger’s I think is way better. They need to replace the whole team here.

*SCAM ALERT!!

I thought this location gotten their Credit Card Skimmer situation under control by putting a Red Label on the Pump Card Scanners and advise the customers to never use the pumps if the tape is broken.

Now almost all the tapes had been removed and personally knew 3 people who had unauthorized transactions in their Debit cards in different Stripes Locations (Under "SUNOCO" in the bank Statements)!!

I refuse to believe that all those Cameras in the building had never busted those inputing Skimmer Devices, which leads me to believe their Security Systems are inept or the Credit Card information theft is an Inside Job.

Nevertheless, I'm avoiding pumping gas from this location until either they have their Card Skimmer situation under control or the location shuts down.
