Walmart Auto Care Centers

I had a great experience here. Another shop quoted me $220 to replace my battery, total was only $165 here! They even let me know the date on my battery was 10/21 and that it had 100mo warranty printed on it. They said I should call and see if it was still valid to save the money, but ultimately I needed it replaced ASAP and decided to save the two hour drive back and forth. The service overall was transparent, friendly and quick; I’d recommend this place to a friend!

10/10 recommend! The Mechanic, JR, was HIGHLY informative and extremely detailed with my service. He was able to diagnose what was going on with my vehicle by checking my battery, alternator and starter. Turns out I had a bad battery and he was quick to replace it out for me and also communicate with me throughout the process. I am extremely pleased with my service I received and will recommend to others I know as well!

I am from Austin, and our Walmart Auto Care Centers are unreliable. Their hours are never consistent, and everyone is rude. However, I was visiting my grandmother and got an unexpected flat tire. I made it to a gas station, put air, and drove straight to this Walmart in Richmond. I arrived a little less than 1 hour before closing, AND with 2 other cars in the bays, the lovely and wonderful 2 gentlemen working (3/14/23, pm) were so kind and helped me right away, even though it caused them to stay later than normal. If this isn't the most amazing customer service and just act of human kindness, I don't know what is. Thank you!! 💘

There's a young manager here that i feel good about. He gives me the impression that he really cares about his job and customer service. That's why i come back and recommend others to go here

Put my two new tires on, replaced my wipers and changed my oil in 45 minutes flat. Great job and super cheap.

Normally most Wal-Mart services can be hit or miss. These guys went out of their way to help me and our family after we blew a tire. It was a few minutes to close and they took great care of us, even helped me save a few bucks, i was so pleased with them.

Pulled up just when they were closing and the guys were so nice they helped me out anyways these guys need a raise I'll sure b bringing all my tire business to them when I'm up this way thank you fellows 4 being so helpful

I had a flat up by Waco Sunday morning and called for a tire they had it in stock at a great price took care of it in under a hour ! Great people there ! Thanks a bunch!

JAY swapped my battery in record time. A two hour job took him just 45 min. Outstandig job JAY.

Quickly automotive changed my tire and I was off again. Wonderful!
