User error! I had my outfit shipped to the wrong store! Without hesitation the Crestview Hills staff called the store it was at and offered to just have it shipped to my house! What a perfect customer experience! This is why I will continue to come back again and again. Thank you!!

I love this store. I visited last month to shop for an outfit for a speech that I was giving at a work function. Heather helped me. Then today, over a month later, I walk in the store and she immediately sees me and asks how my speech went. I was so impressed that she remembered! Great customer service!

This "outlet" store is at Crestview Hills Towne Center. All their clothes have the JCrew label, but with 2 small diamonds below indicating a factory/outlet store item. I would say it's just like Gap is to Banana Republic as far as quality goes. Prices are definitely cheaper than a normal JCrew. Selection of items seems a bit more limited. Still found some items I liked, especially pants and jeans.
