Dillard's

I don't normally post reviews but I had the best experience today in the men's clothing section. Haley was so nice and helpful! I wish there were more people out there like her. I will definitely be shopping there from now on.

Dillard's salon in Crestview is like a hidden piece of heaven make your appointment today and you are sure to have a wonderful experience. Trish did my hair and believe me I gave her a challenge one look at my picture and she was ready to do her thing a true artist with hair color. And Celia did my pedicure and it was seriously the best I have ever had she is so full of knowledge and funny she will be your friend in no time. And listen the massage ummm hmmm just book you will love it.

Plenty of parking. Good women's clothing and shoe selection. Dressing rooms were spacious.

Customer service was fantastic! The store associate engaged with me almost immediately and helped me pick out several pant/shirt outfits.

When you need personal attention Dillard's is the place to go.

Very clean store and bathrooms. The sales lady was very friendly and nearby when we had questions. Overall, great shopping experience!

I shop at Dillard's on a regular basis. They always have a great selection of dresses, shoes, and accessories. Their sale prices make most items very affordable. I always get compliments when I wear an outfit I purchased from Dillard's.

I love the fragrance counter, the customer service is amazing, there always so polite and eager to help, great place to shop for all your fashion

This is place to shop if you want to get bra's. The ladies there will help you get fitted into the right size and are all personable and bring great choices if you know what you want or not sure what you are going for. Ms. Domonique was a great help and super sweet! There is plenty of variety there as well. Fitting rooms are clean as well. I recommend it to anyone who needs a bra.

I got an absolutely amazing deal on a wool trench coat. It is one of the nicest coats I own. My friend came here as well for a suit and was perfectly fitted. He is 6'7" and was able to get a suit the day we walked in.

Love this store (Dillard's)...Purchased a several gifts in the home/bridal gifts which were comparable to the brides had registry elsewhere ..Even though the bride didn't choose Dillard's, I did!
Service was outstanding until we asked about getting the gifts wrapped...talk about miserable attitude(s) when they learned that there was no registry!!! Really, not good business etiquette ladies! Your store wasn't even busy!

A special shout out to Lilly and Vickie in cosmetics at Dillard's Crestivew Hills. They came to the rescue when a make-up artist from another store cancelled at the last minute for my daughter's engagement pictures. They swooped in and provided her with a beautiful, fresh, professional look for the photo session. They were so gracious. Shout out to good humans like Lilly and Vickie.

We went to Dillards today looking for shoes and underwear. The staff that worked with us were knowledgeable, professional and personable. They were genuinely interested in making sure we had all the information we needed to make good decisions about our purchases. I was especially impressed with Brian in the women’s shoe department. It was a real pleasure to shop there!

The store is very big with two floors. The employees all wear masks and are very friendly and wanting to be of service to everyone. Highly recommend just for the over the top service. Keep in mind, a lot of the clothes are premium quality, therefore it could be considered a high end store. Most of the items are not going to be cheap.

I was in search of a nice vest/pants suit for a few days away. I’ve been everywhere, and being a bigger guy, couldn’t find anything I liked in my size. I came in to Dillard’s with my son and was greeted by Dino.

He was very helpful and friendly, showing me several vests, measuring me and helping me find what I wanted. He was the same way with my son. He was very friendly and we left with exactly what we were looking for. I think he even put off his lunch break to help us. When other customers came in, he was just as helpful to them even while working with us.

It’s very hard to find great customer service these days, but we felt Dino went above and beyond all others in helping us. If we ever need to shop for men’s clothes, this is where I’ll come from now on. Thank you!

Norma waited on me in the Dillard's Woman department. She was wonderful. Immediately asked if I wanted a dressing room. Big plus in my book. We talked about being children of the '80's because of the music playing. It was nice to talk to someone who shares your memories. I bought 2 tops marked down to $15 each. Great experience.

I wish there were 10 stars instead of 5. I have tried so many salons and been so disappointed. I told Jane all of my complaints and what I had pictured in my mind and she went far beyond my expectations!!! She was super friendly! Did a fabulous job!! Everyone has complimented how great my hair looks. Definitely recommend Jane !!

Beautiful store right in the heart of Crestview Hills, it's a gorgeous location, right with many restaurants and small shops up and down the strip. So many options for what you are looking for, I buy most of my young son and husband's clothes here because they have both higher end things and amazing sales to take advantage of. I am really impressed by their sales, you often find things at half or lower than the original price! Also, clothes are stylish and well made. Love the perfume and makeup counters for those primers and potions you're looking for. Amazing selection! People are polite and professional. I will always come back!

I was at Dillard's to purchase a Christmas gift for my Mom, found what I needed pretty easily. I felt very comfortable and safe as the staff had face masks on and worn correctly! Good to see them being Safe

I love Dillard's when I can find things on sale. I can't afford the high end designer items but sometimes they're reduced enough for my meager budget. They have a wide array of merchandise of all levels of pricing.
