Always have good sales and attentive staff. My wife and kids could spend days in this store. Wish they had a couple seats for the guys to sit in while the family shops though.

the two people working in there were very helpful, my hands get dry in the winter and they knew just the right product to recommend! every time i go in there is always someone to greet you and recommend new products!

We always get their coupons In the mail and with them and the sales they were running we got $65 worth of products for $30 friendly staff and an open air feel to this store. We have shopped at several of their locations but this one is the one we always come back to.

Great selection of products nice helpful employees. They were having the 50 to 75 % sale going on. At the time I went in. Well worth the visit.

The new remodel looks great! Love their hand soaps and the coupons you get to shop there. Shopping in person is better than shopping online with them in my experience.

Great prices and so many products to choose from. The personel are helpful are so curtious.

First of all, the workers were all so nice! The store is huge and selection was awesome. They have restrooms as well that are very spacious. This is definitely my new fave store 💙

Skylor with the curly brown hair and light skin was the best employee I’ve ever dealt with I honestly thought she was a manger and she told me she was not (as I thanked her for helping me in all my needs) but this girl deserves a raise for sure I saw a rude customer she dealt with very well then had asked her to help me and she was so sweet and helpful regardless of the rude customer before me and this is the best experience I’ve had at bath and body work regardless of any locations I’ve shopped at. I will definitely be back to shop with Skylor she made my experience above and beyond.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I was there to pick out a fall candle, among other things. Hard to choose with all the new scents. Terrific sales and great products!!

Today was best trip ever, with THANKS TO NOAH worked there today. And all I can say is he's by far the best employee I've Ever. Made my visit easy and fun
His helpfulness was GREAT. And I even told a manager how nice and helpful he was. I'd asked 1 of the ladies about something with Gardenia scent. AND Noah got on store computer and FOUND me candles, where the lady said had nothing with the scent. If I owned my own business I'd of done my best to get him to work at my store. Heck I'd of put in charge. He's a super salesman. And knows his store.
So thank you Noah, for all your help, and kindness.. to take customer service seriously. And he enjoys his job, it shows. Just want to say Thanks for being so helpful and such a gentleman. Good luck in your day and the future.

I love BBW. This store is clean, nice stocked layout, staff is top notch. Highly recommend.

Even during a major sale, the store was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and attentive. A lady in the store needed a little extra help determining a scent she had previously purchased and the team member on the floor answered all of her questions and helped her find the scent she wanted.

Had great clearance sales. Love their candles. They are the best smelling & long lasting candles I've ever bought. Sales associate was very nice and helpful. Nice clean store!

Great as always. My son loves the berry waffle cone. He'd spend all day in there smelling candles and washing his hands if I'd let him.

Staff was very helpful but as always. Spend way more than I intended to here.... I'll return in a couple years once I've finished all of the current products purchased. LOL.

I love everything about this place. It's a fragrance frenzy as soon as I walk in the door. LOL This place is not reasonably priced, in my opinion, but if watch the sales, you can get decent deals!

Needed to exchange quite a few wallflower scents sure to hubby's allergies. They were so patient and helpful and running gear sales right now!
