Called today because I hadn’t received my medication. I spoke with Roman, who was so kind and compassionate! He helped me figure out the cost of my medication and made sure it would be delivered the next day. Thank you Roman for being a rockstar!!

My medication was transferred here from another pharmacy. I spoke with Ruby and she was very friendly, helpful and thorough when it came down to questions. I really appreciate the service. If you're looking for a pharmacy to fill you medication I highly recommend this one.

So helpful! My doctor made an error in the prescription and Medcure did everything they could to get me my prescription. This error even resulted in a problem with insurance authorization and Medcure went the extra mile to help me out there even though that was not their problem. This level of customer service is rare and so appreciated.

I get a discount on my medicine. Minimal cost and they ship as needed. Also helpful on the phone.

Great pharmacy and service

My experience wasn't as pleasant as others. Initially, I had a great experience. They were by far the cheapest pharmacy to get myorisan (accutane) filled in the area. However, since they are a specialty pharmacy I guess there was an extra step that needed to be taken by the pharmacy with my health insurance.

2 months into my business with Medcure, I called and let the person I spoke with know about a separate phone number that needed to be called. She told me they wouldn't be calling any additional numbers so did I want to pay full price or go elsewhere.

As previously stated, they were by far the cheapest around so I paid the cash price while on the meds. Now that I'm done, I'll be doing the legwork with insurance company.

Never say never, but I'll be doing everything possible to avoid them in the future.

The first time I had my medicine to treat rosachea and acne everything went well and I received my order within a day. I then started to receive multiple calls and texts about refills that I did not need at the time. They were relentless in their sales. I had one cream they kept calling me about and I finally answered and told them I would take care of my refills on the app. A few days later I saw my dermatologist and we switched me to a different cream. That same day I ordered and paid for it through the nimble app that they require. I fully had expected to have my medicine sent to me within a few days to prevent my hormonal acne. Instead, the company was concerned about other medical prescriptions I had on file and held off sending what I had ordered and paid for. They sent me a text requesting I call to "verify payment". When I called they were trying to sell me on buying the cream I no longer was needing at the time. I am now almost a week out waiting for my order that I paid for in good faith. I expect a company to fill an order once I've paid for it. I needed this for my rosacea and hormonal acne. Time is of essence.
Update, today they called again to see if I wanted another medicine refilled before sending. It has been one week now. Should have had my medicine early last week. They said it will be here tomorrow....

I didn't choose this pharmacy, my dermatologist did. She said they deliver which appealed to me because I work on the other side of town, little did I know they use Door Dash for delivery. When I got a notice that my meds had been delivered, but in fact they had not, a person at the pharmacy accepted no responsibility for this and said that I would have to take it up with DD. Eventually I found that my meds had been left OUTSIDE at the wrong address thankfully my phone # was on the outside of the package and the person called and told me they had my RX. Don't offer delivery if the best you can do is Door dash.

Horrible customer service! I Called in a refill on the automated line. It does not tell you that you do not have refills and says it is filling your prescription. When I called to check on the prescription the staff said that I had no refills, and the automated system if you have no refills just kicks it out and doesn’t notify anyone. I called my doctor and they called in the refill. Medcure texted and said that they needed prior authorization so it would be 24 to 72 hours before they would fill. I called at 48 hours and they said the medication had been discontinued by my doctor. They couldn’t tell me what doctor and my doctor said he did not discontinue the medication. He said he will use another pharmacy as this one has been nothing but problems. It’s sad that their customer service is so bad.

Prescription sent here on 2/16. Was told it would be delivered to us on 2/17. I was so pleased with everything and thought it was great. It is now 3/3 and we still have not received our prescription and have been told four times it will be there tomorrow. I need them to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy to get it elsewhere. You can guess how that is going. My doctor recommended this place and I could not be more disappointed. Fingers crossed that my poor child receives this medication.

I am baffled to see so many responses from the owner to people's concerns and issues and yet receive such a don't give **** attitude from every member of this pharmacy that i dealt with. It's also confusing how you could see the same issues over and over with an in-touch involved owner.

I get that things happen especially with new prescriptions, but the absolute lack of communication left me with problem I could have solved 2 days ago for meds I need to take tomorrow morning, and... oh look, nothing delivered.

No website to even check my own status, have to give my credit card over the phone .... who does that anymore, really? And now at best I have to wait an entire week to start my new meds because they didn't bother to tell me that the meds were on hold in the phone conversations I had with them Weds, Thurs, and Fri.

Dear owner, don't apologize to me on here ... do something to fix it.

The prices were outrageous, didn’t bother getting my RX’s filled there.
Edit: our deductible has been met. Sent RX to different mail order pharmacy for 1/2 the price.

Not sure why anyone would use them. Days later I received my meds.
