Pool Recreational Park

Great park for families!! There is a picnic area under pavilion with tables for shade and plenty of grass areas with shade from trees to put a blanket on the ground too. There is a huge grassy area by the baseball fields for really anything you want. We drive the RC cars there. Batting cages for practice as well. There’s a new playhouse with slides there. There’s all kinds of other things for kids to climb on and play on. There’s also a smaller playhouse with slide for tiny kiddos. Monkey bars, a hand holding zip line type thing, few swings, a spinning ufo looking thing to hang onto while it turns, and a big multi flipping see saw type thing. I don’t know what to call all the stuff. Much more at the playgrounds than there was when I was a kid. It’s definitely an all around fun park to take my 8 year old to when we want a close area to play around or just be outside. Would recommend trying this park if you want a quiet area while watching your children play all around and there’s no reason you can’t sit in the shade and enjoy a little cooler weather while they play in the hot sun. This is truly a generational Park. I played here when I was 8yrs old. Twenty years later coached all 3 of my children when they played here, and now another 20 years later cheering on my grandchildren. They have improved the park with the times and I know they will continue too. When I played there was only one baseball field, now there are four. They've added stands for people to sit, and numerous other helpful things for the kids and adults. This place still has it's small town feel, with more modern amenities. Don't miss the nice playground across the street from the baseball fields. Don't miss the friendly country people & atmosphere.

As I walked through the valley where I harvest my baseballs, I take a look at my wife and realize she is space tall. But that is just perfect for a shorty like me. . You know I got a height complex and it's plain to see!

I've been visiting pool park since I was 7 years old. I used to love the playground but most of all, I love the fields and the batting cages. I played countless times there while I was in little league baseball. I still go and watch my girlfriend's younger sisters play softball. I'm 19 now and I still love to go to the batting cages with my friends. All in all, great park.

I used to come here as a child and always enjoyed it. I was disappointed as a kid to see the old playground get a touch up but now I love the new additions. This is a good spot for birthdays and small parties. Safe community too

I've loved this park since I was five years old. I love the fact that it still has a seesaw and go there very often.

Great place to meet old friends and make new ones. If you're new to Lindale and have small kids, this is a great spot. After school is the best time to come by.

WE WENT FOR THE HALLOWEEN DANCE FOR TSTA S HANDICAPPED PEOPLE N THEY HAD A BLAST N DANCED TO THE SU S HALLOWEENS MUSIC N HAD HOT DOGS N CHIPS N COLD DRINKS N IT WAS VERY MUCH FUN FOR EVERYONE N ENJOYED BY ALL TOO !!

Big area to run and play. Nice pavilion. Large trees for shade. Well maintained.

I like that they put mulch over the sand. Much easier to clean up before getting in the car.
