Keller Pharmacy

After having issues with consistency and accuracy at another compounding pharmacy in the area I found Keller Pharmacy. It is just what I was looking for. It’s a simple pharmacy counter with two very kind and knowledgeable pharmacists that run it. No one else. I love that they can focused on getting my prescription filled without the chaos that a lot of big chain pharmacies bring. The opportunity to ask them questions and not feel rushed is why I will give them my business.

Our infant son’s medication ceased to be made by the manufacturer which left us with the only option of changing medications despite the first one working so well for him. Keller Pharmacy was the only pharmacy I called willing to order the ingredients to create the liquid suspension for him. They had his prescription ready within 24 hours of my call. We are forever grateful, and will be returning for all our prescription needs.

I highly recommend Keller Pharmacy for both compounded and other prescription meds, they provide excellent quality, customer service and great value. I use several compounded medications for HRT, 2 years ago I decided to shop around for a different pharmacy because of quality and cost issues with my provider at the time. I requested quotes from 5 local compounding pharmacies. Keller Pharmacy was very responsive with a comprehensive reply and very competitive pricing, and they assured me they use the best quality raw material to compound HRT meds. This was very important to me due to the inconsistent quality of my previous pharmacy.

Since choosing Keller Pharmacy over 2 years ago I’ve been extremely pleased. Great professional customer service, quality, price, meds always on time, and they proactively work with my Doctor on refill authorizations. Overall excellent service!!

I just left Keller Pharmacy with a prescription I needed to start taking immediately. My Dr called it in and by the time I drove to the pharmacy it was ready and waiting for me. I have used them for 10 years and they are so good I refuse to use the 2 big ones that u have to wait in line then it’s not done. I walk the door here and they greet u and have your rx on the counter. Besides being fast they are personal and caring. Try getting that somewhere else. Just try them once and you are hooked!

The pharmacist are very professional but also very personable. Always friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. I hardly have to call in refills anymore, they just automatically have my prescriptions ready for me on the dates they're due. I highly recommended Keller Pharmacy and it's excellent staff and service.

WOW!!!!!!! Customer service!!!!!! Where are more business with this type of true care and consideration. The gentleman always take as much time as I need to discuss medications, any potential side effects, or interactions with other drugs. What's most impressive is how timely they are in filling the prescription. I've never spent more than 5 minutes even if I just walk in. I just do not know how they could improve upon their service. Bravo Keller Pharmacy!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend Keller Pharmacy. I've been taking the same compounded Rx for 10+ years, and this is the first compounding pharmacy to attempt to file the insurance claim. Turns out, my insurance will cover this Rx. I would have saved thousands of dollars if I'd gone here first!

I switched to Keller Pharmacy when they were able to save me almost $500 on a prescription. it is nice to be able to always visit with a friendly, caring and professional pharmacist during each visit. I will never return to a huge, impersonal pharmacy.

It is nice to have full customer service. I feel like I have direct access to the Pharmacist and I am not just a prescription refill. They called to ask if I would like to refill my prescription, to remind me. Great service and professionalism.

My 3 month old daughter recently started to have seizures and her neurologist sent in a prescription she needed to start taking ASAP to another chain pharmacy. When I called to check on the status, I was told they were not able to fill because it’s a compounded medication. I called around to different locations for this chain desperately trying to find someone to fill it since my daughter needed it fast. I was met by rude employees with no compassion for my situation and saying “you’re calling at the busiest time of the day.” My sister has used Keller pharmacy in the past and called and spoke with the pharmacist to see if there was a way he could make it happen. He got all of my info, went out of his way to call the other pharmacy and get the prescription info, and compounded the medication ASAP. I was able to pick up right away and get my daughter started. He showed empathy for my situation as this is a new and scary situation for my daughter and I. I am so thankful and appreciative for him going out of his way. He has definitely earned my business and I will now be using this pharmacy from now on!
