Went in here expecting a lounge to smoke in but its currently under renovations. They had a great selection of pipe tobacco there priced very well compared to where I live. Customer service was great as well would like to come back when everything's back together in lounge. Brighter days are ahead!

Enjoyed my first visit in Florence. Matt was excellent in giving me advice and I can’t wait to get home and try my first three: Ault Park, DMC, and … great place to Browse. Lots of choices.

I went there to buy my husband some cigars as a gift not knowing anything about them. The woman working was so helpful and picked out a few fir me after asking a few questions about him and even said he could call if he had any questions. I will definitely be back if I need to get him anymore needless to say!

I’ve been buying from JR Cigars and Thompson Cigars both online. By the time I paid shipping Straus came out the same, and I didn’t have to wait 8 days. Plus I get to check out all the inventory and get help from experienced people. Worth supporting a local business for! News flash to the bad reviewers, pipe and cigar tobacco is premium quality that takes an unbelievable amount of time and labor to create. It’s not the same junk that goes in a cigarette. You get what you pay for! Yes, it’s pricey. No, they don’t sell cigarettes that you can get at any gas station!

Wonderful little smoke shop with really, really nice staff who are always willing to help and answer questions. They have helped me pick cigars, show me how to fill my first real lighter, and are always ready to spend a few minutes chatting. Highly recommend!

AMAZING customer service! My wife and I went in to get about 20 cigars for our wedding and they were fantastic! Asked us all about our wedding, making sure the cigars we chose were appropriate for what we were looking for as well as within budget!

Great local business, been around quite some time. If your a connisseur of that most magnificent leaf, no not that one, the other one, then you'll love this place. I certainly do. It always smells pleasant, and they definitely have what you need if you planned on being there. I personally enjoy the Ault Park pipe blend. Unequivocally the place for your tobacco needs.

Always a great selection of pipes and tobacco, as well as cigars, and a large variety of accompanying accessories. They also have a smoking lounge in the back with an assortment of comfortable couches and chairs, and at least one ash tray within arm's reach anywhere you choose to sit. I have visited several times over the past year or so, and haven't had much trouble finding what I need quickly each time.

This is a nice little shop. I dig the people who run it, they are knowledgeable, nice and very open to help or just chat. They have refreshments and plenty of seating for sitting and smoking. They offer cigarettes, pipe tobacco, and a nicely stocked humi with a great selection of cigars at nice prices. I can't smoke inside so this is where I go when I want to relax and have a cigar.

Friendly, helpful staff and great selection. I know very little in depth information about tobacco products, but I didn't feel out of place. Great place for finding gifts for loved ones or discovering your new favorite.

Awesome shop for connoisseurs and beginners. Obviously knowledgeable staff. Options ranging from easily affordable bday party treats (in our case on our first visit) to high quality for experts. Will be back.

They always have a diverse selection of tobacco's and cigars on hand with a large walk in humidor. The establishment is smoking friendly so unfortunately (or not) children are not allowed inside. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff but beware: no outside food, drink, or tobacco is allowed to be smoked in their lounge. A reasonable enough requirement, as they have smoking products spanning the price range.

Bought some cigars to celebrate my first grandson I was lost walking in there so much selection but the staff was very helpful and I loved the direction they gave me

Stopped in to check things out and they were extremely helpful. Despite the current covid crisis, they had a great selection and mentioned that they have been trying to keep everything fully stocked.
