Menards

We took my mom shopping since she had to get major surgery. She was in love with a chair they had, so he had to buy it. We also picked up a couple kayaks. We're very excited to use them. The store has SO MUCH and we spent hours exploring and having a good time in the store. Well kept bathroom and parking lots. Would definitely recommend.

I've been a customer since the Florence store opened and I love the low prices, the wide selection, and how easy it is to find things with the layout of the store and their item finder on the Menards app. But above everything else is their commitment to customer service. I recently realized that I had not received 3 different rebate vouchers (over $70 worth total). One of the rebates was almost a year ago. I contacted customer service and a few days later I received all 3 of my rebates... No questions asked. Truly amazing company.

Has always been my favorite home improvement store. Thankful we finally have one in NKY... just wish they'd add another in Campbell or Kenton County. This location is in an excessively commercial area with too much traffic.

Great place to shop. Andy in building materials was so helpful during my search for replacement windows. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I will be back to this store due to the customer service and the fact they actually consider having actual people working the check out lines important.

Robert at the Florence store is an exceptional employee!!! He took the time to help me with the electric fireplace we are ordering from this store because of the great service he gave me! The employees in lighting department are great also!!!! We don’t go to Lowes for anything anymore after dealing with the excellent service from this store!!!

This place has about everything you would need for your house. Plus milk and frozen pizza and pork chops. You could easily spend a few hours in here

Please bring this store to the Northeast (Philadelphia and surrounding areas..ie. K-Mart closures should/could be great real-estate)...We drove to N. KY 9 hrs from Philly...for a wedding! and made a pit-stop at Menards...two of us purchased 2 outdoor bench(s)!! Likely our car rental was an SUV.....come to PA!!!

Robert in plumbing helped us with so much more than our plumbing needs!!!! He Answered all of our questions and helped us select the correct items we needed to complete my new vanity and faucet DIY project!!! It’s beautiful! He also helped on other occasions when I visited the store with backsplash and all of the many things that go with a DIY project. Also bathroom materials to resurface my shower and tub! He is a huge asset to your company and Manard’s is fortunate to employ him. I go back to Menards because of the quality assistance I get from your employees! Thank you!!!

I did not get to look around as much as I would have liked. However the store was bright and clean. I got what I went for and am looking forward to returning and looking around. Also the lady at the garden cash register was very helpful. I believe her name was Phyllis. She was extremely helpful.

This Menards has a beautiful loading system for mulch and other building materials. Purchase online scan the barcode to get into the gate. Pull your truck or trailer right up to where it is. Load and leave.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. The selection and prices are unbeatable. The service people and floor employees are always helpful and great whenever you have a question. This is my go to for all of my DIY home projects. Having the ability to pull the truck into the outside stock yard is a huge time saver, and easier on the back. I haven't gone to Lowe's or Home Depot since this store opened.

I absolutely love Menards! They always stocked up on stuff and they have great deals for the price. I can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed with anything from the store

Ok, I love this store. Prices are good selection is too. It's a large hardware store but better than the others. It's well lit, and organized with friendly staff. They have products you wouldn't expect like pantry and pet food & supplies.
It's a large store but their app will show you where your item is. Shows your location and product location on a map.
It's a pleasure compared to these knuckleheads at the orange and the blue box stores.
Set some time aside for your first visit to make note of selection and price.
