Chris Laake you forgot to mention how you ignored the fact that there’s a no smoking sign by the door and you were told not to leave the door open and you and your buddy said “don’t worry about it we’re smoking”…and you forgot to mention that the door was slammed because after being told the door needs to be shut you and your buddy tried to pull it open as it was trying to be closed. And y’all were still smoking so you weren’t trying to come in. Also no cuss words at all were said. At least tell the whole truth. There’s video and audio proof that show your story is bogus :) also you left out how we have a policy for no smoking or pets in the room yet you smoked in there and had a dog in there. And you left out how you fraudulently used an CLC membership. and my position has nothing to do with being respected as a man and human being or you following the rules of the establishment.

The entire staff at Comfort suites were amazing!!! Able to resolve an issue I had with CLC. Cleaning staff was great!!!

Great night's sleep!! Staff was nice and courteous, they were also very helpful and knew the city very well. Very attentive to our needs as they helped our elderly parents in and out of elevators and building to car.

The first thing I will say is there was the most incredible customer service minded worker I have ever met her name is Devin she had phones ringing several customers trying to check in at the same time and she handled it with true composure etiquette as well as completely keeping everybody waiting as well as on the phone in her amazing style of customer service. All I can say is if she doesn't get a raise I'll hire her myself!!!!! She is the true definition of "that's a keeper" don't let her go!!! Would be a big mistake on your part. The hotel was clean smelled good pool was perfect and pH balance correctly the breakfast was absolutely delicious the room was clean the beds were comfortable everything worked the way it should five stars all day long thank you Devin you are terrific you made my stay comfortable and I look forward to coming through Austin and doing business in your hotel again sincerely yours Jethro Anthony

Service was pretty good. Staff was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was noisy from road noise. Hotel was quiet. Will stay here next trip to Austin.

This place was a nice place. The people were super nice. Except the overnight guy. He's kinda grumpy. Always makes you feel like your bothering him. He's young. Still learning.

I rented my room out to a girl and her man for one night and I stayed elsewhere. When I got back the next morning the manager wanted me to wait. I did and the worse happened. He found out they were there. Then they smoked in the room and the fire department was called. No one answered the door and yeah wasn't so nice. My fault I should not have done that. He kept my deposit. $150 gone. And I'm homeless

The road noise isn't as bad as what people say.. It honestly sounded like a fan. The breakfast has hot options and they had Texas shaped waffles (regular or blue berry). The beds were clean and comfortable. They even offered soft or firm pillows!! Plus the carpet was very clean. The bottoms of my feet didn't get dirty! We didn't use the pool and the elevator did smell a bit but honestly for the price... It broke our expectations! The rooms look modern and the chairs were comfortable. The service was outstanding.

Decent place to stay. Had a small family and we felt safe. The only downfall was it smelled in our room a little bit like a dog had stayed in there but our other room did not smell like this at all. They were both very clean and had cable TV to watch.Staff was friendly. The pool was not open when we went. Would stay again.

I stayed at this Comfort Inn on Delmar in Austin for a week as my wife was getting open heart surgery at the nearby Heart Hospital of Austin. You can imagine there is a great deal of stress, emotional and financial, when a loved one is facing something like this. What I needed was a good, clean, affordable room nearby the hospital. This Comfort Inn did not disappoint. The room was clean and safe. The hotel was quiet, although it was close to the interstate so expect a little road noise, but that gentle sound actually helped me sleep.

I thought the room was a good value and affordable for what was offered. The hotel offers a free hot breakfast of eggs and sausage, free good coffee, and the normal yogurt and pastry you would expect. Every room has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. This allowed me to visit the grocery store and pick up some simple groceries to keep in the microwave. This saved me a bundle compared to having to eat out three times a day for a week.

The people staying in the hotel seemed to be hard working blue collar types staying there while on a job. I did not see any thugs there are in the surrounding neighborhood, hence it seemed to be a very safe place to stay.

Parking was free, something not so in several nearby hotels.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Because of the uncertainty of my wife's release date, I had to adjust my anticipated departure date several times. I ended up needing to check out several days early, which I was able to do without penalty (make sure to check with them on the rules on this).

Again, I got a good, safe, clean room at affordable price, was very comfortable there, and saved a bundle not having to eat out. I can highly recommend this place for people in similar situations. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay for affordable prices, it had free parking and wifi, breakfast bag with baked and packed items plus coffee. The hotel also has a pool. We didn't try the pool but good to know it was there

Great place do not stay at the motel 6 up the road horrible service. The lady was totally rude to me. I walked out and came to comfort inn and suites. Lovely lady in the front office.

Clean room, nice folks at the front desk. If you need to get good sleep I’d recommend asking for a room that faces the front of the hotel. The back side is next to a night club and was quite loud all night.

Safe and comfy doesn't even begin to describe how you feel here. If the indoor pool wasn't closed and the breakfast buffet was open due to covid I'd probably just come here every week even tho I live 5 min away 10/10 would stay again

A few dollars more than the Motel 6 up the road. And so much better. Very comfortable beds. Well lit parking lot. No bums or vagrants loitering about. Good breakfast. This one is on my permanent list of places to stay.

The front desk people are nice and helpful. The swimming pool is very clean, we enjoyed a comfortable week here, breakfast is also very good, it would be better if there is milk or juice

We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were nice and clean and they serve a free breakfast which is not bad. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Best comfort inn I have visited in a decade. Highly recommended. Indoor pool is small but still fun for kids. Decent hot breakfast. Good wifi. Friendly crew!

Room was clean and service was.great. internet speed was solid. I was able to watch a movie on 480p. Breakfast is ok. They have waffles, yogurt, coffee, cereal, orange juice, etc. Recommend staying here.
