Shoe Dept. Encore

They had great prices on shoes. I definitely would recommend them. It was great store for anyone looking for shoes for any occasion. The staff very friendly and nice to talk to. The store has wide open areas and had the shoes spaced out that I was looking for. A lot of great deals. I didn't feel like I was smothered with people. If I had to recommend any shoe store I would definitely recommend the Shoe Dept. Encore which is where I will be going from now on for all of my shoes. Thank You. 👍👍

Good shoes at a good price. Lady at checkout was very nice. Not where you would go for the latest fashions or the current trendy name brands, but 5-stars for affordable shoe store.

Bought 4 pair of shoes for $100. Shoes for the whole family. Great sale. $35 for my husband shoes, $35 for my daughter's boots, $20 for my boots, and they had short boots on sale for $9 that I also bought. $99 total before tax. Cant beat that, really. The quality was very good.

Huge selection. Had the Skecher shoes I wanted that even the Skechers store didn't carry. And the customer service was excellent. At first thought they didn't have the size i wanted. She offered to check other stores and discovered that they should of had the size so she went and quickly found that they had them. They were just misplaced.

Wide variety of different shoes and brands but most of their sizes were wide and not regular. Well, in the shoes that I liked anyways.

Went in to exchange a pair of cowgirl boots that was purchased online and due to online ordee to in store purchase..had to pay for.thw new pair of boots which was not a problem until we had an issue with out bank card amd the associate Tammy was beyond generous to pay for it out of her pocket. She was beyond helpful friendly and kind. And of course went in today and paid her rhw money back but She didn't have to that and did and made a little girl very happy! Thank you and there are still good people out there!!

The sweet young woman who must have been the manager had great customer service skills!! .. They didn't have the item I was looking for but she sent me to a store in the mall that did! Thank you!

Nice. Well known brands. For a reasonable price for shoes. Van DC Entnes Nike for between 35-65 bucks

Very freindly staff, well maintained, good assortment. Wish both shoes would be in the boxes on the floor to be able to try on L or R shoe.
